A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sa, c\u00e9lja \u00e9s tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT f\u00fcggetlen egyes\u00fclet, amely hat\u00e1rozatlan id\u0151re j\u00f6tt l\u00e9tre, \u00e9s az egyes\u00fcl\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l, valamint a civil szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezetekre vonatkoz\u00f3 el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sai szerint m\u0171k\u00f6dik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek k\u00f6r\u00e9ben a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket v\u00e9gzi:<br \/>\u2022 tudom\u00e1nyos tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g, kutat\u00e1s;<br \/>\u2022 nevel\u00e9s \u00e9s oktat\u00e1s, k\u00e9pess\u00e9gfejleszt\u00e9s, ismeretterjeszt\u00e9s;<br \/>\u2022 kultur\u00e1lis tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g;<br \/>\u2022 k\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delem;<br \/>\u2022 a hat\u00e1ron t\u00fali magyars\u00e1ggal val\u00f3 kapcsolattart\u00e1s;<br \/>\u2022 munkaer\u0151piacon h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos helyzet\u0171 r\u00e9tegek k\u00e9pz\u00e9s\u00e9nek, foglalkoztat\u00e1s\u00e1nak el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9s a kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok;<br \/>\u2022 az euroatlanti integr\u00e1ci\u00f3 el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9se;<br \/>\u2022 m\u00e1s k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezetek r\u00e9sz\u00e9re biztos\u00edtott \u2013 csak k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezetek \u00e1ltal ig\u00e9nybe vehet\u0151 \u2013 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) Az MKT a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9t a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 k\u00f6zfeladatok teljes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben v\u00e9gzi:<br \/>a) Az MKT \u2013 t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny rendelkez\u00e9se alapj\u00e1n \u2013 tagk\u00e9nt r\u00e9szt vesz a t\u00e1rsadalmi p\u00e1rbesz\u00e9d leg\u00e1tfog\u00f3bb, sokoldal\u00fa konzultat\u00edv f\u00f3rum\u00e1ban (2011. \u00e9vi XCIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny a Nemzeti Gazdas\u00e1gi \u00e9s T\u00e1rsadalmi Tan\u00e1csr\u00f3l 4. \u00a7 (1) 4. pontj\u00e1nak b) alpontja)<br \/>b) r\u00e9szt vesz az erd\u00e9lyi, felvid\u00e9ki, vajdas\u00e1gi, k\u00e1rp\u00e1taljai, horv\u00e1torsz\u00e1gi, muravid\u00e9ki, \u0151rvid\u00e9ki, a sz\u00f3rv\u00e1nyban \u00e9l\u0151 \u00e9s a nyugati magyar nemzetr\u00e9szek k\u00f6lcs\u00f6n\u00f6s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1son alapul\u00f3 egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9sben (182\/2022. Korm. rendelet 174.\u00a7 (2) bekezd\u00e9s e) pont)<\/p>\n<p>(2) A 8. \u00a7-ban felsorolt tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9geket az MKT els\u0151sorban az \u00e9rt\u00fck felel\u0151s \u00e1llami szervek \u00e9s int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek felk\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re, vel\u00fck partners\u00e9gben v\u00e9gzi. Az egyes\u00fcleti v\u00e9lem\u00e9nyek kialak\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban t\u00e1maszkodik az adott t\u00e9m\u00e1ban illet\u00e9kes szakoszt\u00e1lyainak, illetve szervezeteink k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<p>(3) az alapszab\u00e1lya szerinti tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9nek \u00e9s gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1s\u00e1nak legfontosabb adatait a honlapj\u00e1n is (www.mkt.hu) nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra hozza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) A Magyar K\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g f\u00f3rumain teret k\u00edv\u00e1n biztos\u00edtani valamennyi k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi \u00e1ramlat \u00e9s iskola sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, \u00e9s fontos feladat\u00e1nak tekinti a szabad szakmai v\u00e9lem\u00e9nynyilv\u00e1n\u00edt\u00e1s el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Az MKT c\u00e9lja, hogy tagjai r\u00e9v\u00e9n \u00e9s a rendelkez\u00e9sre \u00e1ll\u00f3 eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kkel seg\u00edtse a k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1g-tudom\u00e1ny fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s gyakorlati alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1t, a t\u00e1rstudom\u00e1nyok k\u00e9pvisel\u0151ivel val\u00f3 kapcsolattart\u00e1st, a k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi gondolkod\u00e1s er\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, hozz\u00e1j\u00e1ruljon a nemzet gazdagod\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, valamint tagjainak \u00e9s \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban a k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szoknak a szakmai \u00e9rdekk\u00e9pviselet\u00e9hez \u00e9s \u00e9rdekv\u00e9delm\u00e9hez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. \u00a7<\/strong> C\u00e9ljainak el\u00e9r\u00e9se v\u00e9gett a Magyar K\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g, illetve szakoszt\u00e1lyai \u00e9s szervezetei<br \/>a) t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st ny\u00fajtanak \u00faj tudom\u00e1nyos eredm\u00e9nyek (m\u0171vek) megsz\u00fclet\u00e9s\u00e9hez;<br \/>b) igyekeznek el\u0151seg\u00edteni, hogy a k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gtan m\u0171vel\u0151i \u00e9s alkalmaz\u00f3i v\u00e1laszt tal\u00e1ljanak a nemzetgazdas\u00e1g \u00e9s a v\u00e1llalati gyakorlat \u00e1ltal felvetett k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekre;<br \/>c) f\u00f3rumot biztos\u00edtanak ilyen ismeretek \u00e9s tapasztalatok terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez;<br \/>d) vit\u00e1kat szerveznek k\u00fcl\u00f6nf\u00e9le tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9s szakmai k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekr\u0151l;<br \/>e) el\u0151seg\u00edtik a gyakorlatban dolgoz\u00f3 k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szok szakmai k\u00e9pz\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s \u00f6nk\u00e9pz\u00e9s\u00e9t;<br \/>f) \u00e1polj\u00e1k a jogi szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9g\u0171 tagokkal fenntartott kapcsolatokat;<br \/>g) kapcsolatot tartanak fenn k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi rokonegyes\u00fcletekkel, el\u0151seg\u00edtik a szakemberek k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi kapcsolatteremt\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s -tart\u00e1s\u00e1t;<br \/>h) tags\u00e1got v\u00e1llalnak \u00e9s r\u00e9szt vesznek a nemzetk\u00f6zi szakmai szervezetek munk\u00e1j\u00e1ban;<br \/>i) k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6dnek a k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szok szakmai \u00e9rdekeit \u00e9rint\u0151 \u00e1llami int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9ben, v\u00e9lem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s\u00e9ben;<br \/>j) k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6s gondot ford\u00edtanak a k\u00f6z\u00e9p- \u00e9s fels\u0151fok\u00fa k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi oktat\u00e1si int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyekben tanul\u00f3k szakmai k\u00f6z\u00e9letben val\u00f3 r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9nek el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, a p\u00e1lyakezd\u0151 szakemberek beilleszked\u00e9s\u00e9nek megk\u00f6nny\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) Az MKT, illetve szakoszt\u00e1lyai \u00e9s szervezetei \u2013 a 8. \u00e9s 10. \u00a7-ban felsoroltak el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9se mellett \u2013 a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9geket v\u00e9gzik:<br \/>a) tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9s szakmai vita\u00fcl\u00e9seket, el\u0151ad\u00e1sokat, ank\u00e9tokat, konferenci\u00e1kat \u00e9s kongresszusokat rendeznek;<br \/>b) foly\u00f3iratokat, k\u00f6nyveket \u00e9s m\u00e1s eseti kiadv\u00e1nyokat adhatnak ki, ide\u00e9rtve az elektronikus eszk\u00f6z\u00f6ket is;<br \/>c) kapcsolatot tartanak fenn \u2013 esetenk\u00e9nt tags\u00e1gi viszony keret\u00e9ben is \u2013 m\u00e1s hazai szakmai \u00e9s tudom\u00e1nyos szervezetekkel, alap\u00edtv\u00e1nyokkal;<br \/>d) egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6dnek k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi \u00e9s k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szszervezetekkel;<br \/>e) tanfolyamokat szerveznek;<br \/>f) k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6dnek k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00fa, illetve a k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szokat \u00e9rint\u0151 javaslatok \u00e9s tervezetek kidolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban;<br \/>g) tudom\u00e1nyos p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatokat \u00edrnak ki;<br \/>h) k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szklubokat \u00e9s nyilv\u00e1nos k\u00f6nyvt\u00e1rakat szerveznek \u00e9s m\u0171k\u00f6dtetnek.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Az MKT d\u00edjakat \u00e9s kit\u00fcntet\u00e9seket alap\u00edt \u00e9s adom\u00e1nyoz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT a 7\u201311. \u00a7-ban felsorolt tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9geket nemcsak tagjai, hanem valamennyi \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u0151 \u00e9s programjaiban r\u00e9szt venni k\u00edv\u00e1n\u00f3 szakember sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra v\u00e9gzi. Ennek legfontosabb eszk\u00f6ze a programjainak nyilv\u00e1nos meghirdet\u00e9se. A szervezet a m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3kat, a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sai ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tel\u00e9nek m\u00f3dj\u00e1t \u00e9s besz\u00e1mol\u00f3it, \u00edgy a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fas\u00e1gi jelent\u00e9s\u00e9t is az internetes honlapj\u00e1n (http:\/\/www.mkt.hu) hozza nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT gazdas\u00e1gi-v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1si tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get csak m\u00e1sodlagosan, kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa c\u00e9ljainak megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, azokat nem vesz\u00e9lyeztetve v\u00e9gez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT a gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n el\u00e9rt eredm\u00e9ny\u00e9t nem osztja fel, hanem az ezen alapszab\u00e1ly 7\u201311. pontj\u00e1ban meghat\u00e1rozott c\u00e9lok szerinti tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gre ford\u00edtja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT k\u00f6zvetlen politikai tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get nem folytat, p\u00e1rtokt\u00f3l f\u00fcggetlen. Egyetlen p\u00e1rtnak sem ny\u00fajt anyagi t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st, \u00e9s nem is fogad el t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st t\u0151l\u00fck. Sem eur\u00f3pai parlamenti, sem orsz\u00e1ggy\u0171l\u00e9si, sem megyei vagy f\u0151v\u00e1rosi \u00f6nkorm\u00e1nyzati k\u00e9pvisel\u0151jel\u00f6ltet nem \u00e1ll\u00edt, \u00e9s nem t\u00e1mogat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>16. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9seinek, eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi \u00e9s fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1gi \u00fcl\u00e9seinek jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyve nyilv\u00e1nos, azokba el\u0151zetesen egyeztetett id\u0151pontban b\u00e1rki betekinthet. A jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyvekb\u0151l \u00e9s az ezek alapj\u00e1n vezetett nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1sokb\u00f3l meg\u00e1llap\u00edthat\u00f3 a vezet\u0151 szervek d\u00f6nt\u00e9seinek tartalma, id\u0151pontja \u00e9s hat\u00e1lya, a d\u00f6nt\u00e9st t\u00e1mogat\u00f3k \u00e9s ellenz\u0151k sz\u00e1mar\u00e1nya, valamint, ha lehets\u00e9ges, szem\u00e9lye is. A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9vel kapcsolatban keletkezett iratokba val\u00f3 betekint\u00e9st a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g titk\u00e1rs\u00e1ga munkaid\u0151ben minden \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u0151 sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra biztos\u00edtja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III. A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g tagjai<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>17. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT-nak alap\u00edt\u00f3, rendes, tiszteletbeli \u00e9s jogi tagjai vannak.<br \/>(1) Az MKT alap\u00edt\u00f3 tagja az a term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9ly, aki r\u00e9szt vett az MKT 1959. december 15-i \u00fajj\u00e1alakul\u00f3 k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s\u00e9n, illetve (megyei) szervezet\u00e9nek alakul\u00f3 k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s\u00e9n.<br \/>(2) Az MKT rendes tagja olyan k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9g\u0171, illetve ilyen tanulm\u00e1nyokat vagy tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get folytat\u00f3 magyar vagy k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi \u00e1llampolg\u00e1rs\u00e1g\u00fa szem\u00e9ly lehet, aki elfogadja a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g alapszab\u00e1ly\u00e1t, \u00e9s v\u00e1llalja a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g munk\u00e1j\u00e1ban val\u00f3 k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9st, \u00e9s rendszeresen fizeti a tagd\u00edjat. A tags\u00e1gi viszony a bel\u00e9p\u00e9si nyilatkozat beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00e9s a tagd\u00edj befizet\u00e9s\u00e9vel keletkezik. A bel\u00e9p\u00e9si nyilatkozaton a tagnak meg kell jel\u00f6lnie, hogy az MKT melyik szakoszt\u00e1lya(i)nak, illetve megyei szervezet\u00e9nek a munk\u00e1j\u00e1ban k\u00edv\u00e1n r\u00e9szt venni. A tag jogosult az MKT m\u00e1s szervezeteinek a tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9ben is r\u00e9szt venni.<br \/>(3) Az MKT tiszteletbeli tagja az a magyar vagy k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi \u00e1llampolg\u00e1r lehet, aki a k\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1g-tudom\u00e1ny m\u0171vel\u00e9s\u00e9ben vagy az MKT c\u00e9ljainak megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban kiemelked\u0151 \u00e9rdemeket szerzett. A tiszteletbeli tagok v\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l az MKT eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek javaslat\u00e1ra a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s d\u00f6nt. Az MKT szakoszt\u00e1lyainak \u00e9s szervezeteinek eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gei aj\u00e1nl\u00e1sokat tehetnek tiszteletbeli tagok v\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1ra. A tiszteletbeli tagokat a rendes tagokkal azonos jogok illetik meg, de tagd\u00edjfizet\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g nem terheli \u0151ket.<br \/>(4) Az MKT jogi tagjai jogi szem\u00e9lyek lehetnek. A jogi tagok megkapj\u00e1k a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g kiadv\u00e1nyait, \u00e9s k\u00e9pvisel\u0151iket megh\u00edvj\u00e1k az MKT valamennyi rendezv\u00e9ny\u00e9re (a megyeieket a megye, a f\u0151v\u00e1rosiakat a budapesti rendezv\u00e9nyekre). Munkaprogramjuk \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n a szervezetek igyekeznek a legmesszebbmen\u0151kig figyelembe venni jogi tagjaik k\u00edv\u00e1ns\u00e1gait. A jogi tagok az \u0151ket f\u00f6lvev\u0151 szervezet k\u00e9pvisel\u0151j\u00e9vel \u00e1llapodnak meg tagd\u00edjuk \u00f6sszeg\u00e9r\u0151l. A jogi tag k\u00e9pvisel\u0151je \u00fatj\u00e1n gyakorolja egy\u00e9b tags\u00e1gi jogait.<\/p>\n<p><strong>18. \u00a7<\/strong> A tag jogai:<br \/>\u2022 r\u00e9szt vehet szakoszt\u00e1ly\u00e1nak\/szervezet\u00e9nek munk\u00e1j\u00e1ban;<br \/>\u2022 r\u00e9szt vehet szakoszt\u00e1lya\/szervezete eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek \u00e9s k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9si k\u00fcld\u00f6tteinek megv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1ban;<br \/>\u2022 az alap\u00edt\u00f3, a rendes \u00e9s a tiszteletbeli tag megv\u00e1laszthat\u00f3 az MKT b\u00e1rmely tiszts\u00e9g\u00e9be, illetve k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9si k\u00fcld\u00f6ttnek;<br \/>\u2022 l\u00e1togathatja az MKT helyis\u00e9geit;<br \/>\u2022 rendszeresen \u00edr\u00e1sbeli t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st kap az MKT vezet\u0151i szerveinek \u0151t \u00e9rint\u0151 d\u00f6nt\u00e9seir\u0151l;<br \/>\u2022 ig\u00e9nybe veheti az MKT \u00e1ltal ny\u00fajtott kedvezm\u00e9nyeket. Az MKT tagjainak p\u00e9nzbeli juttat\u00e1st nem ny\u00fajt.<br \/>A kedvezm\u00e9nyek els\u0151sorban szakfoly\u00f3iratok, szakk\u00f6nyvek m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelt \u00e1r\u00fa el\u0151fizet\u00e9s\u00e9nek\/megrendel\u00e9s\u00e9nek lehet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t, valamint az MKT \u00e1ltal rendezett tanfolyamokon, tan\u00e1cskoz\u00e1sokon val\u00f3 cs\u00f6kkentett \u00e1r\u00fa r\u00e9szv\u00e9telt \u00f6lelik fel, de kiterjednek az MKT tags\u00e1gi igazolv\u00e1ny\u00e1n felt\u00fcntetett Bercode-rendszer kedvezm\u00e9nyeire is. (Emellett a v\u00e1lasztott tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151k r\u00e9szes\u00fclhetnek tiszteletd\u00edjban, illetve a kiemelked\u0151 szakmai tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9get v\u00e9gz\u0151k kaphatnak \u2013 nyilv\u00e1nosan meghirdetett szab\u00e1lyok szerint \u2013 p\u00e9nzjutalommal is j\u00e1r\u00f3 d\u00edjat.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>19. \u00a7<\/strong> A tag k\u00f6teless\u00e9ge, hogy<br \/>\u2022 megtartsa az MKT alapszab\u00e1ly\u00e1ban foglaltakat;<br \/>\u2022 tagd\u00edj\u00e1t rendszeresen fizesse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20. \u00a7<\/strong> A tags\u00e1gi viszony a tag kil\u00e9p\u00e9s\u00e9vel, kiz\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1val, illetve a tag hal\u00e1l\u00e1val (jogi tagokn\u00e1l a jogut\u00f3d n\u00e9lk\u00fcli megsz\u0171n\u00e9ssel) valamint a tags\u00e1gi jogviszony egyes\u00fclet \u00e1ltali felmond\u00e1s\u00e1val sz\u0171nik meg. Ha az alapszab\u00e1ly a tags\u00e1got felt\u00e9telekhez k\u00f6ti \u00e9s a tag nem felel meg ezeknek a felt\u00e9teleknek, az egyes\u00fclet a tags\u00e1gi jogviszonyt harmincnapos hat\u00e1rid\u0151vel, \u00edr\u00e1sban felmondhatja.<\/p>\n<p>(1) Kil\u00e9p\u00e9si sz\u00e1nd\u00e9k\u00e1t a tagnak az MKT eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek c\u00edmzett, de a szakoszt\u00e1lya\/szervezete eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek elk\u00fcld\u00f6tt lev\u00e9lben kell bejelentenie. A tags\u00e1gi viszony a kil\u00e9p\u00e9si nyilatkozat beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151 h\u00f3nap (vagy a kil\u00e9p\u0151 tag \u00e1ltal megjel\u00f6lt k\u00e9s\u0151bbi h\u00f3nap) utols\u00f3 napj\u00e1n sz\u0171nik meg.<\/p>\n<p>(2) A tagnak jogszab\u00e1lyt, az egyes\u00fclet alapszab\u00e1ly\u00e1t vagy k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9si hat\u00e1rozat\u00e1t s\u00falyosan vagy ism\u00e9telten s\u00e9rt\u0151 magatart\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n \u2013 b\u00e1rmely egyes\u00fcleti tag vagy egyes\u00fcleti szerv kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9s\u00e9re \u2013 a taggal szemben kiz\u00e1r\u00e1si elj\u00e1r\u00e1s folytathat\u00f3 le. Azt a tagot, akit b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g joger\u0151s \u00edt\u00e9lettel eltilt a k\u00f6z\u00fcgyek gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l, az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g kiz\u00e1rhatja az MKT tagjainak sor\u00e1b\u00f3l. A tag kiz\u00e1r\u00e1sa el\u0151tt biztos\u00edtani kell sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra a lehet\u0151s\u00e9get a v\u00e9dekez\u00e9se el\u0151ad\u00e1s\u00e1ra, erre \u00edr\u00e1sban 8 napos hat\u00e1rid\u0151 biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val fel kell sz\u00f3l\u00edtani. A tag kiz\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1t kimond\u00f3 hat\u00e1rozatot \u00edr\u00e1sba kell foglalni \u00e9s indokol\u00e1ssal kell ell\u00e1tni; az indokol\u00e1snak tartalmaznia kell a kiz\u00e1r\u00e1s alapj\u00e1ul szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 t\u00e9nyeket \u00e9s bizony\u00edt\u00e9kokat, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a jogorvoslati lehet\u0151s\u00e9gr\u0151l val\u00f3 t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st. A kiz\u00e1r\u00f3 hat\u00e1rozatot a taggal k\u00f6z\u00f6lni kell.<\/p>\n<p>(3) A kiz\u00e1r\u00e1st kimond\u00f3 hat\u00e1rozat hat\u00e1lyon k\u00edv\u00fcl helyez\u00e9se ir\u00e1nt \u2013 az MKT bels\u0151 jogorvoslati rendszer\u00e9ben \u2013 a kiz\u00e1r\u00e1sr\u00f3l val\u00f3 tudom\u00e1sszerz\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151 15 napon bel\u00fcl a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9shez lehet fellebbezni.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Azt a tagot, aki felsz\u00f3l\u00edt\u00e1sra sem tesz eleget tagd\u00edjfizet\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g\u00e9nek, \u00e9s a tags\u00e1gi d\u00edjjal t\u00f6bb mint h\u00e1rom \u00e9v h\u00e1tral\u00e9kba ker\u00fcl, a titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g inakt\u00edvnak nyilv\u00e1n\u00edtja.<\/p>\n<p>(5) Az inakt\u00edv tag nem gyakorolhatja a tagi jogait, \u00e9s nem v\u00e1laszthat\u00f3 meg a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g semmilyen funkci\u00f3j\u00e1ba.<\/p>\n<p>(6) Ha az inakt\u00edv tag eleget tesz tagd\u00edjfizet\u00e9si k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g\u00e9nek, a titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g \u00e1tsorolja \u0151t az akt\u00edv tagok k\u00f6r\u00e9be.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV. A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g szervezetei<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>21. \u00a7<\/strong> A Magyar K\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g orsz\u00e1gos m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si k\u00f6r\u0171 szakoszt\u00e1lyokb\u00f3l \u00e9s megyei, v\u00e1rosi, illetve region\u00e1lis m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si k\u00f6r\u0171 szervezetekb\u0151l \u00e9p\u00fcl fel, amelyek nem \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 jogi szem\u00e9lyek. \u00daj szakoszt\u00e1ly vagy szervezet l\u00e9tes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t az MKT b\u00e1rmely tagja kezdem\u00e9nyezheti. A l\u00e9tes\u00edt\u00e9s el\u0151felt\u00e9tele, hogy a szakoszt\u00e1ly vagy szervezet legal\u00e1bb t\u00edz taggal, v\u00e1lasztott eln\u00f6ks\u00e9ggel rendelkezz\u00e9k, \u00e9s megalakul\u00e1s\u00e1hoz az MKT eln\u00f6ks\u00e9ge hozz\u00e1j\u00e1ruljon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>22. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT szakoszt\u00e1lyai \u00e9s szervezetei tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00fcket (a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g jelen alapszab\u00e1ly\u00e1ban foglalt \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos elveknek, c\u00e9lkit\u0171z\u00e9seknek \u00e9s szab\u00e1lyoknak megfelel\u0151en) saj\u00e1t maguk tervezik, szervezik \u00e9s bonyol\u00edtj\u00e1k le, sz\u00fcks\u00e9g eset\u00e9n az MKT titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g\u00e1nak seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9t is ig\u00e9nybe v\u00e9ve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23. \u00a7<\/strong> A szakoszt\u00e1lyok \u00e9s szervezetek legf\u0151bb szerve a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s, amely megv\u00e1lasztja a szakoszt\u00e1ly\/szervezet eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9t, tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151it, \u00e9s meghat\u00e1rozza a szakoszt\u00e1ly\/szervezet tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9nek kereteit. A k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sre a szervezet minden egy\u00e9ni \u00e9s jogi tagj\u00e1t meg kell h\u00edvni, \u00e9s minden megjelent tagot egy szavazat illet meg. A szakoszt\u00e1lyok\/szervezetek k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s\u00e9nek lebonyol\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen tekintettel a hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9gre, az orsz\u00e1gos k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sre vonatkoz\u00f3 szab\u00e1lyokat \u00e9rtelemszer\u0171en kell alkalmazni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>24. \u00a7<\/strong> A megyei, v\u00e1rosi \u00e9s region\u00e1lis szervezetek k\u00f6z\u00fcl azok, amelyek ezt k\u00edv\u00e1nj\u00e1k, \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 p\u00e9nzgazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1st folytatnak, amelynek ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1\u00e9rt a szervezet titk\u00e1ra a felel\u0151s. K\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9s\u00fcket maguk \u00e1ll\u00edtj\u00e1k \u00f6ssze, de a jogszab\u00e1lyoknak \u00e9s a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g bels\u0151 gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1si \u00e9s sz\u00e1mviteli el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sainak val\u00f3 megfelel\u00e9s\u00fck vizsg\u00e1lata c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l beny\u00fajtj\u00e1k az MKT titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g\u00e1nak. A szervezet csakis ebb\u0151l a szempontb\u00f3l ellen\u0151rz\u00f6tt k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9s\u00e9t a titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g az orsz\u00e1gos k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s el\u00e9 terjeszti j\u00f3v\u00e1hagy\u00e1sra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>25. \u00a7<\/strong> Az eln\u00f6k \u00e9s a titk\u00e1r tetsz\u0151leges l\u00e9tsz\u00e1m\u00fa eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel \u00e9s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9vel az MKT k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9si \u00e9s eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi hat\u00e1rozatainak szellem\u00e9ben ir\u00e1ny\u00edtja a szakoszt\u00e1ly, illetve a szervezet m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>26. \u00a7<\/strong> A szervezetek saj\u00e1t kebel\u00fck\u00f6n bel\u00fcl bel\u00e1t\u00e1suk szerint szekci\u00f3kat \u00e9s munkabizotts\u00e1gokat hozhatnak l\u00e9tre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>27. \u00a7<\/strong> Amennyiben valamely szervezet k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9se \u00fagy d\u00f6nt, hogy \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 jogi szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9g\u0171 egyes\u00fcletk\u00e9nt kiv\u00e1lik az MKT szervezet\u00e9b\u0151l, az esetleges vagyon\u00e1tad\u00e1s mik\u00e9ntj\u00e9r\u0151l az orsz\u00e1gos eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e9s a szervezet eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek javaslata alapj\u00e1n az MKT orsz\u00e1gos k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9se hat\u00e1roz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>28. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT \u2013 orsz\u00e1gos \u2013 vezet\u0151 szervei a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s, az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e9s a fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g.<\/p>\n<p><strong>29. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g d\u00f6nt\u00e9shoz\u00f3 szerve, amelyen az MKT valamennyi megyei szervezete \u00e9s f\u0151v\u00e1rosi szakoszt\u00e1lya k\u00e9t-k\u00e9t k\u00fcld\u00f6ttel k\u00e9pviseltetheti mag\u00e1t. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen csak a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek rendelkeznek szavazati joggal; az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e9s a tagjai \u2013 amennyiben nem k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek \u2013 csak tan\u00e1cskoz\u00e1si joggal vehetnek r\u00e9szt. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sek nyilv\u00e1nosak. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s \u00f6sszeh\u00edv\u00e1sa az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g feladata.<\/p>\n<p>(2) A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9be tartozik:<br \/>a) az MKT alapszab\u00e1ly\u00e1nak elfogad\u00e1sa \u00e9s m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sa;<br \/>b) az MKT f\u0151 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gi ter\u00fcleteinek meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1sa;<br \/>c) az MKT \u00e9ves k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9s\u00e9nek, besz\u00e1mol\u00f3j\u00e1nak (ide\u00e9rtve m\u00e9rleg\u00e9nek, k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fas\u00e1gi mell\u00e9klet\u00e9nek, eredm\u00e9nykimutat\u00e1s\u00e1nak, kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 mell\u00e9kleteinek) az elfogad\u00e1sa;<br \/>d) az MKT eln\u00f6ks\u00e9ge, a fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g, valamint a k\u00f6nyvvizsg\u00e1l\u00f3 jelent\u00e9s\u00e9nek megvitat\u00e1sa \u00e9s elfogad\u00e1sa;<br \/>e) a tagd\u00edj meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sa;<br \/>f) az MKT eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek, ezen bel\u00fcl eln\u00f6k\u00e9nek, aleln\u00f6keinek, a f\u0151titk\u00e1rnak, valamint a fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6k\u00e9nek \u00e9s tagjainak a megv\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa (az ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6k\u00e9nek kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel);<br \/>g) az MKT k\u00f6nyvvizsg\u00e1l\u00f3j\u00e1nak a megv\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa;<br \/>h) a 20. \u00a7 (3) pont \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e1ltal kiz\u00e1rt tagok fellebbez\u00e9s\u00e9nek elb\u00edr\u00e1l\u00e1sa;<br \/>i) j\u00f3v\u00e1hagyja a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gnak a nemzetk\u00f6zi szakmai szervezetekbe t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 be-, illetve kil\u00e9p\u00e9s\u00e9t;<br \/>j) m\u00e1s egyes\u00fcletekkel val\u00f3 egyes\u00fcl\u00e9s, a feloszl\u00e1s vagy a sz\u00e9tv\u00e1l\u00e1s (kiv\u00e1l\u00e1s) kimond\u00e1sa;<br \/>k) hat\u00e1rozat az MKT megsz\u00fcntet\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l.<\/p>\n<p><strong>30. \u00a7<\/strong> K\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st \u00e9vente, a besz\u00e1mol\u00f3 elfogad\u00e1sa sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra jogszab\u00e1lyban meghat\u00e1rozott id\u0151pontig kell tartani. Ezenk\u00edv\u00fcl az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g b\u00e1rmikor rendk\u00edv\u00fcli k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st h\u00edvhat \u00f6ssze. Amennyiben az MKT-t alkot\u00f3 szakoszt\u00e1lyok\/szervezetek eln\u00f6ks\u00e9geinek t\u00f6bb mint egyharmada k\u00e9ri, \u00fagy a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st az orsz\u00e1gos eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gnek \u00f6ssze kell h\u00edvnia.<br \/>A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s \u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9t \u2013 az \u00fcl\u00e9st megel\u0151z\u0151 30 nappal \u2013 megh\u00edv\u00f3val kell \u00f6sszeh\u00edvni, a megh\u00edv\u00f3nak tartalmaznia kell, az egyes\u00fclet nev\u00e9t, sz\u00e9khely\u00e9t, az \u00fcl\u00e9s idej\u00e9nek \u00e9s helysz\u00edn\u00e9nek megjel\u00f6l\u00e9s\u00e9t, az \u00fcl\u00e9s napirendj\u00e9t. Hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9ptelens\u00e9g eset\u00e9re a megism\u00e9telt k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s id\u0151pontj\u00e1t, hely\u00e9t \u00e9s az elt\u00e9r\u0151 hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9gi szab\u00e1lyokra vonatkoz\u00f3 figyelemfelh\u00edv\u00e1st \u00e9s k\u00fcld\u00f6ttgy\u0171l\u00e9s tart\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n az erre a k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyre t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 utal\u00e1st. A napirendet a megh\u00edv\u00f3ban olyan r\u00e9szletess\u00e9ggel kell felt\u00fcntetni, hogy a szavaz\u00e1sra jogosultak a t\u00e1rgyalni k\u00edv\u00e1nt t\u00e9mak\u00f6r\u00f6kben \u00e1ll\u00e1spontjukat kialak\u00edthass\u00e1k. A k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9si megh\u00edv\u00f3 k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 8 napon bel\u00fcl a tagok \u00e9s az egyes\u00fclet szervei a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st \u00f6sszeh\u00edv\u00f3 szervt\u0151l vagy szem\u00e9lyt\u0151l a napirend kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00e9rhetik, a kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s indokol\u00e1s\u00e1val.<br \/>A napirend kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek t\u00e1rgy\u00e1ban az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g jogosult d\u00f6nteni. Ha a napirend kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se ir\u00e1nti k\u00e9relemr\u0151l az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g nem d\u00f6nt vagy azt elutas\u00edtja, a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s a napirend elfogad\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 hat\u00e1rozat meghozatal\u00e1t megel\u0151z\u0151en k\u00fcl\u00f6n d\u00f6nt a napirend kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek t\u00e1rgy\u00e1ban.<br \/>A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s el\u0151zetesen meghirdetett napirendj\u00e9t a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s csak a megjelent k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek k\u00e9tharmados szavazati t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00e9vel m\u00f3dos\u00edthatja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>31. \u00a7<\/strong> Hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pes a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s akkor, ha a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek fele + 1 f\u0151 megjelent. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s egyszer\u0171 szavazati t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ggel hoz hat\u00e1rozatot. Az egyes\u00fclet alapszab\u00e1ly\u00e1nak m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, az egyes\u00fclet egyes\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9s sz\u00e9tv\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1hoz a szavazati joggal rendelkez\u0151 k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek \u00e1ltal k\u00e9pviselt szavazatok alapulv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel meghat\u00e1rozott h\u00e1romnegyedes t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ggel hozott hat\u00e1rozata sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges.<br \/>Az egyes\u00fclet megsz\u0171n\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9si d\u00f6nt\u00e9shez a szavazati joggal rendelkez\u0151 k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek \u00e1ltal k\u00e9pviselt szavazatok alapulv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel meghat\u00e1rozott h\u00e1romnegyedes t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ggel hozott hat\u00e1rozat sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges.<br \/>Ha a szab\u00e1lyszer\u0171en \u00f6sszeh\u00edvott k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s nem hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pes, a megism\u00e9telt k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s az eredeti napirenden szerepl\u0151 \u00fcgyekben a megjelent tagok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra tekintet n\u00e9lk\u00fcl hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pes, ha azt az eredeti id\u0151pontot legal\u00e1bb 3 \u00e9s legfeljebb 15 nappal k\u00f6vet\u0151 id\u0151pontra h\u00edvj\u00e1k \u00f6ssze \u00e9s err\u0151l a t\u00e9nyr\u0151l a k\u00fcld\u00f6tteket a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sre sz\u00f3l\u00f3 megh\u00edv\u00f3ban t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatni kell. Az ily m\u00f3don \u00f6sszeh\u00edvott k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen a k\u00fcld\u00f6tteknek el\u0151zetesen kik\u00fcld\u00f6tt napirendre \u00faj pontokat a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s nem vehet f\u00f6l.<br \/>A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s \u00fcl\u00e9seit az eln\u00f6k vezeti. Az eln\u00f6k a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s levezet\u00e9s\u00e9vel m\u00e1st is megb\u00edzhat. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s az eln\u00f6k javaslata alapj\u00e1n, egyszer\u0171 t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ggel, k\u00e9t szavazatsz\u00e1ml\u00e1l\u00f3t v\u00e1laszt a jelenl\u00e9v\u0151 tagok k\u00f6z\u00fcl.<br \/>A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen megjelent k\u00fcld\u00f6ttekr\u0151l jelenl\u00e9ti \u00edvet kell k\u00e9sz\u00edteni, amelyen fel kell t\u00fcntetni a k\u00fcld\u00f6tt nev\u00e9t, tags\u00e1gi azonos\u00edt\u00f3j\u00e1t, valamint az \u00e1ltala k\u00e9pviselt megyei szervezet, illetve szakoszt\u00e1ly szavazatainak sz\u00e1ma alapj\u00e1n a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttet megillet\u0151 szavazatok sz\u00e1m\u00e1t. A jelenl\u00e9ti \u00edvet a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s levezet\u0151 eln\u00f6ke \u00e9s a jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyvvezet\u0151 al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1s\u00e1val hiteles\u00edti.<br \/>A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sr\u0151l jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyv k\u00e9sz\u00fcl, amelyet a jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyvvezet\u0151 \u00e9s a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s levezet\u0151 eln\u00f6ke \u00edrja al\u00e1, \u00e9s k\u00e9t, erre megv\u00e1lasztott, jelen l\u00e9v\u0151 tag al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1s\u00e1val hiteles\u00edt.<br \/>A jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyv tartalmazza:<br \/>\u2013 az egyes\u00fclet nev\u00e9t \u00e9s sz\u00e9khely\u00e9t;<br \/>\u2013 a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s hely\u00e9t \u00e9s idej\u00e9t;<br \/>\u2013 a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s levezet\u0151 eln\u00f6k\u00e9nek, a jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyvvezet\u0151nek, a jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyv hiteles\u00edt\u0151j\u00e9nek a nev\u00e9t;<br \/>\u2013 a k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen lezajlott fontosabb esem\u00e9nyeket, az elhangzott ind\u00edtv\u00e1nyokat;<br \/>\u2013 a hat\u00e1rozati javaslatokat, a meghozott hat\u00e1rozatokat, a leadott szavazatok \u00e9s ellenszavazatok, valamint a szavaz\u00e1st\u00f3l tart\u00f3zkod\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>32. \u00a7<\/strong> A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen a szavaz\u00e1s \u00e1ltal\u00e1ban ny\u00edlt. Szem\u00e9lyi \u00fcgyekben \u00e9s azokban az esetekben, ha a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek legal\u00e1bb t\u00edz sz\u00e1zal\u00e9ka ezt k\u00e9ri, titkosan kell szavazni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>33. \u00a7<\/strong> A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek az \u0151ket k\u00fcld\u0151 szakoszt\u00e1lyok\/szervezetek el\u0151z\u0151 \u00e9vi tagd\u00edjat befizetett egy\u00e9ni tagjai l\u00e9tsz\u00e1m\u00e1nak megfelel\u0151 szavazattal rendelkeznek. (A l\u00e9tsz\u00e1mot az orsz\u00e1gos titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g a rendes tagok befizetett tagd\u00edj\u00e1nak alapj\u00e1n, a k\u00f6nyvel\u00e9sb\u0151l \u00e1llap\u00edtja meg, \u00e9s legk\u00e9s\u0151bb a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s el\u0151tt 8 munkanappal k\u00f6zli a szervezet titk\u00e1r\u00e1val.) Ha az adott szervezet \u00e1ltal megv\u00e1lasztott k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek k\u00f6z\u00fcl csak az egyik vesz r\u00e9szt a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen, az \u0151t megv\u00e1laszt\u00f3 szakoszt\u00e1ly\/szervezet l\u00e9tsz\u00e1m\u00e1nak megfelel\u0151 sz\u00e1m\u00fa szavazatot adhat le. Ha mindk\u00e9t megv\u00e1lasztott k\u00fcld\u00f6tt jelen van, mindegyik\u00fck az el\u0151z\u0151ekben meghat\u00e1rozott szavazatsz\u00e1m fel\u00e9vel rendelkezik.<br \/>A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9si hat\u00e1rozatokat a k\u00fcld\u00f6tt k\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s \u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyvek id\u0151rendi sorrendben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 lef\u0171z\u00e9s\u00e9vel az eln\u00f6k \u00e1ltal kijel\u00f6lt szem\u00e9ly tartja nyilv\u00e1n, mely tartalmazza az \u00fcl\u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9sein k\u00edv\u00fcl a hat\u00e1rozathozatal id\u0151pontj\u00e1t, a hat\u00e1rozat hat\u00e1ly\u00e1t, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a szavazatok sz\u00e1mar\u00e1ny\u00e1t, az igennel, nemmel szavaz\u00f3kat, illetve tart\u00f3zkod\u00f3kat n\u00e9v szerint felt\u00fcntetve.<br \/>Az eln\u00f6k gondoskodik a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9seinek az \u00e9rintettekkel \u00edr\u00e1sban, igazolhat\u00f3 m\u00f3don val\u00f3 k\u00f6zl\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l. Az k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9seit a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g honlapj\u00e1n is nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1gra hozza.<br \/>Lehet\u0151s\u00e9g van hat\u00e1rozathozatalra \u00fcl\u00e9s tart\u00e1sa n\u00e9lk\u00fcl is. Az ilyen hat\u00e1rozathozatalt az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g a hat\u00e1rozat tervezet\u00e9nek a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek r\u00e9sz\u00e9re elektronikus lev\u00e9lben (e-mailben) t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 megk\u00fcld\u00e9s\u00e9vel kezdem\u00e9nyezi. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek elektronikus lev\u00e9lc\u00edm\u00e9t a titk\u00e1rs\u00e1g tartja nyilv\u00e1n. A tervezet k\u00e9zhezv\u00e9tel\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtva a k\u00fcld\u00f6tteknek nyolcnapos hat\u00e1rid\u0151n bel\u00fcl kell a szavazatukat megk\u00fcldeni az \u00fcgyvezet\u00e9s r\u00e9sz\u00e9re. A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek r\u00e9sz\u00e9re elektronikus \u00faton megk\u00fcld\u00f6tt k\u00fcldem\u00e9ny r\u00e9sz\u00fckre t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t vissza kell igazolnia a szavaz\u00f3nak \u2013 nem automatikus visszaigazol\u00f3 e-maillel \u2013, amely visszaigazol\u00e1st elektronikus \u00faton \u00e9s pap\u00edr alapon r\u00f6gz\u00edteni kell.<br \/>Az \u00fcl\u00e9s tart\u00e1sa n\u00e9lk\u00fcli d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatal sor\u00e1n az alapszab\u00e1lynak a hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9gre \u00e9s szavaz\u00e1sra vonatkoz\u00f3 rendelkez\u00e9seit azzal az elt\u00e9r\u00e9ssel kell alkalmazni, hogy a hat\u00e1rozathozatali elj\u00e1r\u00e1s akkor eredm\u00e9nyes, ha legal\u00e1bb annyi szavazatot megk\u00fcldenek az \u00fcgyvezet\u00e9s r\u00e9sz\u00e9re, amennyi szavazati jogot k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 k\u00fcld\u00f6tt jelenl\u00e9te sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges lenne a hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9hez \u00fcl\u00e9s tart\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n.<br \/>Ha b\u00e1rmely k\u00fcld\u00f6tt az \u00fcl\u00e9s megtart\u00e1s\u00e1t k\u00edv\u00e1nja, az \u00fcgyvezet\u00e9snek a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st \u00f6ssze kell h\u00edvnia. Az elektronikusan be\u00e9rkezett szavazatokat elektronikus \u00faton r\u00f6gz\u00edteni (menteni) kell. A szavazat be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t elektronikus \u00faton halad\u00e9ktalanul \u2013 nem automatikus visszaigazol\u00f3 e-maillel \u2013 vissza kell igazolni a szavaz\u00f3 fel\u00e9, amely visszaigazol\u00e1st elektronikus \u00faton \u00e9s pap\u00edr alapon r\u00f6gz\u00edteni kell. A szavaz\u00e1sra megszabott hat\u00e1rid\u0151 utols\u00f3 napj\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151 h\u00e1rom napon bel\u00fcl \u2013 ha valamennyi k\u00fcld\u00f6tt szavazata ezt megel\u0151z\u0151en \u00e9rkezik meg, akkor az utols\u00f3 szavazat be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9nek napj\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott h\u00e1rom napon bel\u00fcl \u2013 az \u00fcgyvezet\u00e9s meg\u00e1llap\u00edtja a szavaz\u00e1s eredm\u00e9ny\u00e9t, \u00e9s azt tov\u00e1bbi h\u00e1rom napon bel\u00fcl k\u00f6zli a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttekkel.<br \/>A be\u00e9rkezett szavazatokat a hat\u00e1rid\u0151 lej\u00e1rt\u00e1t k\u00f6vet\u0151 els\u0151 munkanapon pap\u00edr alapon r\u00f6gz\u00edteni kell oly m\u00f3don, hogy a kinyomtatott szavazatot tartalmaz\u00f3 iraton a szavazat elektronikus lead\u00e1s\u00e1nak id\u0151pontja, a felad\u00f3 \u00e9s a szavazat meg\u00e1llap\u00edthat\u00f3 legyen. A hat\u00e1rozathozatal napja a szavaz\u00e1si hat\u00e1rid\u0151 utols\u00f3 napja, ha valamennyi szavazat kor\u00e1bban be\u00e9rkezik, akkor az utols\u00f3 szavazat be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9nek napja.<br \/>Az egyes\u00fclet m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9vel kapcsolatosan keletkezett iratokba \u2013 az egyes\u00fclet eln\u00f6k\u00e9vel val\u00f3 el\u0151zetes id\u0151pont egyeztet\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151en \u2013 az egyes\u00fclet sz\u00e9khely\u00e9n b\u00e1rki betekinthet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>34. \u00a7<\/strong> A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sen megv\u00e1lasztand\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyekre az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e1ltal el\u0151zetesen felk\u00e9rt jel\u00f6l\u0151bizotts\u00e1g tesz javaslatot. A bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6ke k\u00f6teles javaslatait a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s el\u0151tt legal\u00e1bb n\u00e9gy h\u00e9ttel a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s k\u00fcld\u00f6tteivel ismertetni, hogy azok ig\u00e9ny szerint kik\u00e9rhess\u00e9k a szakoszt\u00e1lyuk\/szervezet\u00fck vezet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9nek vagy tagjainak v\u00e9lem\u00e9ny\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>35. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) Az MKT valamennyi vezet\u0151 szerv\u00e9nek eln\u00f6k\u00e9t, tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151j\u00e9t \u00e9s tagjait csak az egyes\u00fcl\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l, valamint a civil szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00f6sszef\u00e9rhetetlens\u00e9gre vonatkoz\u00f3 el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sait figyelembe v\u00e9ve lehet megv\u00e1lasztani. Valamennyi megv\u00e1lasztott tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151nek a megv\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa el\u0151tt \u00edr\u00e1sban kell nyilatkoznia arr\u00f3l, hogy nem \u00e1ll fenn vele szemben a 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXV. T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben megfogalmazott \u00f6sszef\u00e9rhetetlens\u00e9g.<br \/>Az egyes\u00fcletnek nem lehet vezet\u0151 szerv\u00e9nek eln\u00f6ke, tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151je a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezet megsz\u0171n\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151 h\u00e1rom \u00e9vig az a szem\u00e9ly, aki kor\u00e1bban olyan k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezet vezet\u0151 tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151je volt \u2013 annak megsz\u0171n\u00e9s\u00e9t megel\u0151z\u0151 k\u00e9t \u00e9vben legal\u00e1bb egy \u00e9vig \u2013,<br \/>a) amely jogut\u00f3d n\u00e9lk\u00fcl sz\u0171nt meg \u00fagy, hogy az \u00e1llami ad\u00f3- \u00e9s v\u00e1mhat\u00f3s\u00e1gn\u00e1l nyilv\u00e1ntartott ad\u00f3- \u00e9s v\u00e1mtartoz\u00e1s\u00e1t nem egyenl\u00edtette ki,<br \/>b) amellyel szemben az \u00e1llami ad\u00f3- \u00e9s v\u00e1mhat\u00f3s\u00e1g jelent\u0151s \u00f6sszeg\u0171 ad\u00f3hi\u00e1nyt t\u00e1rt fel,<br \/>c) amellyel szemben az \u00e1llami ad\u00f3- \u00e9s v\u00e1mhat\u00f3s\u00e1g \u00fczletlez\u00e1r\u00e1s int\u00e9zked\u00e9st alkalmazott, vagy \u00fczletlez\u00e1r\u00e1st helyettes\u00edt\u0151 b\u00edrs\u00e1got szabott ki,<br \/>d) amelynek ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m\u00e1t az \u00e1llami ad\u00f3- \u00e9s v\u00e1mhat\u00f3s\u00e1g az ad\u00f3z\u00e1s rendj\u00e9r\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny szerint felf\u00fcggesztette vagy t\u00f6r\u00f6lte.<br \/>Az egyes\u00fcletnek nem lehet vezet\u0151 szerv\u00e9nek eln\u00f6ke, tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151je tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 az a szem\u00e9ly,<br \/>a) akit b\u0171ncselekm\u00e9ny elk\u00f6vet\u00e9se miatt joger\u0151sen szabads\u00e1gveszt\u00e9s b\u00fcntet\u00e9sre \u00edt\u00e9ltek, am\u00edg a b\u00fcntetett el\u0151\u00e9lethez f\u0171z\u0151d\u0151 h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyek al\u00f3l nem mentes\u00fclt,<br \/>b) akit a szervezet tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9t \u00e9rint\u0151 foglalkoz\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l joger\u0151sen eltiltottak, az \u00edt\u00e9let hat\u00e1lya alatt,<br \/>c) az eltilt\u00e1st kimond\u00f3 hat\u00e1rozatban megszabott id\u0151tartamig nem lehet, vezet\u0151 tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151 az, akit eltiltottak vezet\u0151 tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151i tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9t\u0151l.<br \/>A vezet\u0151 tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151, illetve az ennek jel\u00f6lt szem\u00e9ly k\u00f6teles valamennyi \u00e9rintett k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezetet el\u0151zetesen t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatni arr\u00f3l, hogy ilyen tiszts\u00e9get egyidej\u0171leg m\u00e1s k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezetn\u00e9l is bet\u00f6lt.<br \/>(2) A vezet\u0151 szervek hat\u00e1rozat\u00e1ban nem vehet r\u00e9szt az a szem\u00e9ly, aki vagy akinek k\u00f6zeli hozz\u00e1tartoz\u00f3ja, \u00e9lett\u00e1rsa a hat\u00e1rozat alapj\u00e1n (a) k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g vagy felel\u0151ss\u00e9g al\u00f3l mentes\u00fcl, vagy (b) b\u00e1rmilyen m\u00e1s el\u0151nyben r\u00e9szes\u00fcl, illetve a megk\u00f6tend\u0151 jog\u00fcgyletben egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt \u00e9rdekelt. Nem min\u0151s\u00fcl el\u0151nynek a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezet c\u00e9l szerinti juttat\u00e1sai keret\u00e9ben a b\u00e1rki \u00e1ltal megk\u00f6t\u00e9s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl ig\u00e9nybe vehet\u0151 nem p\u00e9nzbeli szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s, illetve a t\u00e1rsadalmi szervezet \u00e1ltal tagj\u00e1nak, a tags\u00e1gi jogviszony alapj\u00e1n ny\u00fajtott, l\u00e9tes\u00edt\u0151 okiratnak megfelel\u0151 c\u00e9l szerinti juttat\u00e1s,<br \/>tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 az a szem\u00e9ly<br \/>a) akivel a hat\u00e1rozat szerint szerz\u0151d\u00e9st kell k\u00f6tni;<br \/>b) aki ellen a hat\u00e1rozat alapj\u00e1n pert kell ind\u00edtani;<br \/>c) akinek olyan hozz\u00e1tartoz\u00f3ja \u00e9rdekelt a d\u00f6nt\u00e9sben, aki az egyes\u00fcletnek nem tagja vagy alap\u00edt\u00f3ja;<br \/>d) aki a d\u00f6nt\u00e9sben \u00e9rdekelt m\u00e1s szervezettel t\u00f6bbs\u00e9gi befoly\u00e1son alapul\u00f3 kapcsolatban \u00e1ll; vagy<br \/>e) aki egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt szem\u00e9lyesen \u00e9rdekelt a d\u00f6nt\u00e9sben.<br \/>A fentiek szerint \u00e9rdekelt szem\u00e9lyt a hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9g meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00e1l figyelmen k\u00edv\u00fcl kell hagyni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VI. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>36. \u00a7<\/strong> A k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9sek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti id\u0151ben a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g legf\u0151bb vezet\u0151 szerve az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g, amelyet a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s \u00e1ltal megv\u00e1lasztott, legal\u00e1bb 18, legfeljebb 22 tag alkot. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g munk\u00e1j\u00e1ban \u00e1lland\u00f3 megh\u00edvottk\u00e9nt, tan\u00e1cskoz\u00e1si joggal vesznek r\u00e9szt az MKT \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s tiszteletbeli eln\u00f6ke(i) \u00e9s az Ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi Bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6ke. Az \u00f6r\u00f6k\u00f6s tiszteletbeli eln\u00f6k \u00e9s az Ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi Bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6ke az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g teljes jog\u00fa tagj\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1laszthat\u00f3. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g az egyes\u00fclet \u00fcgyvezet\u0151 szerve. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9get \u00e9s a tiszts\u00e9gvisel\u0151ket a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttek h\u00e1rom \u00e9vi id\u0151tartamra v\u00e1lasztj\u00e1k. A megv\u00e1lasztott tagoknak a jogszab\u00e1lyban el\u0151\u00edrt form\u00e1ban, \u00edr\u00e1sban nyilatkozniuk kell, elfogadj\u00e1k-e a megb\u00edz\u00e1st, \u00e9s megv\u00e1laszt\u00e1suk nem \u00fctk\u00f6zik az id\u00e9zett t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00f6sszef\u00e9rhetetlens\u00e9gi el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1s\u00e1ba. A tiszts\u00e9get a megv\u00e1laszt\u00e1sukat k\u00f6vet\u0151 j\u00fanius elsej\u00e9t\u0151l a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 tiszt\u00faj\u00edt\u00f3 k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151 m\u00e1jus 31. napj\u00e1ig viselik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>37. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek feladatai:<br \/>\u2022 ir\u00e1ny\u00edtja az MKT tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9t k\u00e9t k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00f6tt;<br \/>\u2022 d\u00f6nt a hozz\u00e1 beterjesztett \u00fcgyekben;<br \/>\u2022 d\u00f6nt az MKT \u00e9s szervezetei m\u00e1s szervezetekbe, sz\u00f6vets\u00e9gekbe \u00e9s nemzetk\u00f6zi szervezetekbe t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 be- \u00e9s kil\u00e9p\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l;<br \/>\u2022 \u00f6sszehangolja az MKT szervezeteinek nemzetk\u00f6zi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>38. \u00a7<\/strong> Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e9vente legal\u00e1bb k\u00e9tszer \u00fcl\u00e9sezik. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9t a f\u0151titk\u00e1r h\u00edvja \u00f6ssze, az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g valamennyi tagja r\u00e9sz\u00e9re szem\u00e9lyre sz\u00f3l\u00f3an elk\u00fcld\u00f6tt megh\u00edv\u00f3val, amelynek tartalmaznia kell a napirendi javaslatot is. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00fcl\u00e9sei az \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u0151k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra nyilv\u00e1nosak. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9nek napirendj\u00e9re az \u00fcl\u00e9sen is b\u00e1rmely k\u00e9rd\u00e9s f\u00f6lvehet\u0151, amennyiben azt a megjelent eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi tagok egyszer\u0171 t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ge t\u00e1mogatja. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g akkor hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pes, ha tagjainak legal\u00e1bb fele + 1 f\u0151 megjelent. A hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9gbe az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g tart\u00f3san k\u00fclf\u00f6ld\u00f6n dolgoz\u00f3 tagjait nem kell besz\u00e1m\u00edtani. A hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9gbe be nem sz\u00e1m\u00edtott, tart\u00f3san k\u00fclf\u00f6ld\u00f6n dolgoz\u00f3 eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi tagok sz\u00e1ma nem haladhatja meg az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g tagjainak egynegyed\u00e9t. D\u00f6nt\u00e9seit az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g a megjelent tagok egyszer\u0171 sz\u00f3t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g\u00e9vel (50% + 1 f\u0151) hozza. A jelenl\u00e9v\u0151 eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi tagok k\u00e9tharmados sz\u00f3t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ge sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges a tag kiz\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatos hat\u00e1rozat\u00e1hoz.<br \/>S\u00fcrg\u0151s d\u00f6nt\u00e9st ig\u00e9nyl\u0151 \u00fcgyben vagy egy\u00e9b indokolt esetben az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00fcl\u00e9s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl is hozhat hat\u00e1rozatot. Ilyen esetekben a hat\u00e1rozat elfogad\u00e1s\u00e1hoz az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g tagjainak t\u00e1vm\u00e1sol\u00f3n vagy elektronikus lev\u00e9lben kell v\u00e9lem\u00e9nyt nyilv\u00e1n\u00edtaniuk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>39. \u00a7<\/strong> Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00fcl\u00e9seir\u0151l jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyv k\u00e9sz\u00fcl, amelyben a meghozott hat\u00e1rozatokn\u00e1l fel kell t\u00fcntetni a szavazati ar\u00e1nyokat. Az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi \u00fcl\u00e9s jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyv\u00e9t az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g tagjain k\u00edv\u00fcl valamennyi szakoszt\u00e1ly \u00e9s szervezet eln\u00f6k\u00e9nek, titk\u00e1r\u00e1nak, valamint a tagjainak is meg kell kapniuk.<br \/>Az Eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e9s az Egyes\u00fclet k\u00e9pviseletre az eln\u00f6k \u00e9s a f\u0151titk\u00e1r jogosult.<br \/>A T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g c\u00e9gjegyz\u00e9se akk\u00e9nt t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, hogy a k\u00e9zzel vagy g\u00e9ppel el\u0151\u00edrt, el\u0151nyomott vagy nyomtatott c\u00e9gsz\u00f6veg al\u00e1 a k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 \u2013 vagyis az eln\u00f6k vagy a f\u0151titk\u00e1r \u2013 \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3an \u00edrja al\u00e1 a nev\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>40. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT eln\u00f6ke<br \/>Az eln\u00f6k k\u00e9pviseli az MKT-t a nyilv\u00e1noss\u00e1g el\u0151tt, \u00e9s vezeti az MKT orsz\u00e1gos eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9nek \u00e9s a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s\u00e9nek \u00fcl\u00e9seit. Az \u00fcl\u00e9seken az eln\u00f6k mondja ki a hat\u00e1rozatokat, \u00e9s \u0151 \u00e1llap\u00edtja meg az egyes d\u00f6nt\u00e9seket t\u00e1mogat\u00f3k, ellenz\u0151k, illetve a szavaz\u00e1st\u00f3l tart\u00f3zkod\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1t. Az eln\u00f6k\u00f6t akad\u00e1lyoztat\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n a f\u0151titk\u00e1r vagy valamelyik aleln\u00f6k helyettes\u00edtheti. Az eln\u00f6k szem\u00e9ly\u00e9ben k\u00e9tszer \u00fajrav\u00e1laszthat\u00f3. Az eln\u00f6k m\u00e1sodszori \u00fajrav\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz h\u00e1romnegyedes sz\u00f3t\u00f6bbs\u00e9g sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges. Az alapszab\u00e1lynak ezt a paragrafus\u00e1t egyhang\u00fa szavaz\u00e1ssal lehet csak m\u00f3dos\u00edtani. Az eln\u00f6k a szervezet \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 k\u00e9pviselet\u00e9re jogosult.<\/p>\n<p><strong>41. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT f\u0151titk\u00e1ra<br \/>Az MKT-t m\u00e1s szervek \u00e9s a hat\u00f3s\u00e1gok el\u0151tt a f\u0151titk\u00e1r k\u00e9pviseli. A f\u0151titk\u00e1r feladata az MKT m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa, az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9nek folyamatos szervez\u00e9se, a vezet\u0151 test\u00fcletek \u00fcl\u00e9seinek el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se, a hat\u00e1rozatok v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s\u00e1nak megszervez\u00e9se, a v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se. A f\u0151titk\u00e1rt \u2013 aki az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g tagja \u2013 a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s 3 \u00e9vi id\u0151tartamra egyszer\u0171 sz\u00f3t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ggel v\u00e1lasztja meg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>42. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT aleln\u00f6kei<br \/>Az MKT-nak 6 aleln\u00f6ke van. Az aleln\u00f6k\u00f6k sz\u00fcks\u00e9g szerint, az eln\u00f6k vagy az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g felk\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re helyettes\u00edtik az eln\u00f6k\u00f6t, \u00e9s ell\u00e1tj\u00e1k az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g \u00e1ltal r\u00e1juk b\u00edzott feladatokat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>43. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT f\u0151titk\u00e1rhelyettese<br \/>A f\u0151titk\u00e1rhelyettest az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g, d\u00f6nt\u00e9se alapj\u00e1n, a saj\u00e1t tagjainak sor\u00e1b\u00f3l v\u00e1laszthatja. A f\u0151titk\u00e1rhelyettes seg\u00edti a f\u0151titk\u00e1r munk\u00e1j\u00e1t, helyettes\u00edti a f\u0151titk\u00e1rt, de a szervezet \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 k\u00e9pviselet\u00e9re nem jogosult.<\/p>\n<p><strong>44. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi bizotts\u00e1g\u00e1nak eln\u00f6ke<br \/>Az ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6ke ir\u00e1ny\u00edtja az MKT egyetemi ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi szervezeteinek deleg\u00e1lt k\u00e9pvisel\u0151ib\u0151l \u00e1ll\u00f3 ifj\u00fas\u00e1gi bizotts\u00e1g munk\u00e1j\u00e1t, \u00e9s szervezi az MKT-nak a fiatal k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szok, k\u00f6zgazd\u00e1szhallgat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ny\u00fajtott szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sait. A bizotts\u00e1g a saj\u00e1t szervezeti \u00e9s m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si szab\u00e1lyzat\u00e1ban foglaltak szerint maga v\u00e1lasztja meg eln\u00f6k\u00e9t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>45. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT appar\u00e1tus\u00e1t titk\u00e1rs\u00e1gvezet\u0151 vezeti, aki a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g alkalmazottja, s aki felett a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3i jogokat a f\u0151titk\u00e1r gyakorolja. Feladatk\u00f6r\u00e9t munkak\u00f6ri le\u00edr\u00e1sa hat\u00e1rozza meg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>46. \u00a7<\/strong> A szakoszt\u00e1lyok \u00e9s szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t az MKT titk\u00e1rs\u00e1ga seg\u00edti szakmai, szervez\u00e9si \u00e9s sz\u00e1mviteli szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1val.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VII. A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>47. \u00a7<\/strong> A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g ellen\u0151rzi az MKT m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyess\u00e9g\u00e9t. A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g \u00e9vente legal\u00e1bb egyszer \u00fcl\u00e9sezik, \u00e9s jelent\u00e9st tesz a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9snek az MKT vezet\u0151 szerveinek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l. A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g az egyes\u00fcl\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l, valamint a civil szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny szerinti hat\u00e1sk\u00f6rrel rendelkezik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>48. \u00a7<\/strong> A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6kb\u0151l \u00e9s 6 tagb\u00f3l \u00e1ll. Az eln\u00f6k\u00f6t \u00e9s a tagokat a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s h\u00e1rom \u00e9vi id\u0151tartamra v\u00e1lasztja meg, a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g tagjainak sor\u00e1b\u00f3l. A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6k\u00e9t \u00e9s tagjait az egyes\u00fcl\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l, valamint a civil szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny figyelembev\u00e9tel\u00e9vel lehet megv\u00e1lasztani. A tagok a tiszts\u00e9get a megv\u00e1laszt\u00e1sukat k\u00f6vet\u0151 j\u00fanius elsej\u00e9t\u0151l a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 tiszt\u00faj\u00edt\u00f3 k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151 m\u00e1jus 31. napj\u00e1ig viselik. A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g eln\u00f6ke \u00e9s tagjai az MKT eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi \u00fcl\u00e9seinek \u00e1lland\u00f3 megh\u00edvottjai, akik az eln\u00f6ks\u00e9gi \u00fcl\u00e9sen tan\u00e1cskoz\u00e1si joggal vehetnek r\u00e9szt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>49. \u00a7<\/strong> A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g \u00fcl\u00e9seit annak eln\u00f6ke h\u00edvja \u00f6ssze, \u00e9s \u0151 tesz javaslatot a napirendre. A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g d\u00f6nt\u00e9seit ny\u00edlt szavaz\u00e1ssal, egyszer\u0171 sz\u00f3t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ggel hozza. Hat\u00e1rozatk\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9hez legal\u00e1bb n\u00e9gy tag jelenl\u00e9te sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges. A fel\u00fcgyel\u0151bizotts\u00e1g az \u00fcgyrendj\u00e9t egyebekben maga hat\u00e1rozza meg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIII. A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g k\u00f6nyvvizsg\u00e1l\u00f3ja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>50. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT k\u00f6nyvvizsg\u00e1l\u00f3j\u00e1t a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s v\u00e1lasztja h\u00e1rom \u00e9v id\u0151tartamra, \u00e9s d\u00f6nt d\u00edjaz\u00e1s\u00e1nak m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9r\u0151l.<\/p>\n<p><strong>51. \u00a7<\/strong> A k\u00f6nyvvizsg\u00e1l\u00f3 a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3 t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyek \u00e9s el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok szerint v\u00e9gzi munk\u00e1j\u00e1t, \u00e9s \u00e9ves jelent\u00e9s\u00e9t legk\u00e9s\u0151bb a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9st megel\u0151z\u0151 20. napon \u00e1t kell adni az MKT titk\u00e1rs\u00e1gvezet\u0151j\u00e9nek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>52. \u00a7<\/strong> A k\u00f6nyvvizsg\u00e1l\u00f3ra is \u00e9rv\u00e9nyesek a vezet\u0151 szervek tagjaira vonatkoz\u00f3 \u00f6sszef\u00e9rhetetlens\u00e9gi szab\u00e1lyok.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IX. A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1sa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>53. \u00a7<\/strong> Az MKT a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa szervezetekre vonatkoz\u00f3 el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok \u2013 az egyes\u00fcl\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l, a k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fa jog\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l, valamint a civil szervezetek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l \u00e9s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CLXXV. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 42\u201346. \u00a7-a \u2013 szerint gazd\u00e1lkodik. Az MKT befektet\u00e9si tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9t befektet\u00e9si szab\u00e1lyzat alapj\u00e1n v\u00e9gzi, amely szab\u00e1lyzatot a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s fogad el, \u00e9s kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az m\u00f3dos\u00edthat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>X. A t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g megsz\u0171n\u00e9se<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>56. \u00a7<\/strong> A Magyar K\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi T\u00e1rsas\u00e1g megsz\u0171nik, ha feloszl\u00e1s\u00e1t a k\u00fcld\u00f6ttk\u00f6zgy\u0171l\u00e9s k\u00e9tharmados szavazati t\u00f6bbs\u00e9ggel kimondja, ha annak hat\u00e1rozata alapj\u00e1n m\u00e1s egyes\u00fclettel egyes\u00fcl, vagy feloszl\u00e1s\u00e1t az arra illet\u00e9kes b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g elrendeli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>XI. Legal status, purpose and activity<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. \u00a7<\/strong> The HEA is and independent association established for an indefinite period, operating in accordance with the provisions set out for non-profit organisations by Act CLXXV of 2011 on freedom of association, non-profit status and the operation and support of civil organisations.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7. \u00a7<\/strong> Within the scope of non-profit activities, the HEA is engaged in the following:\r\n\u2022 scientific activity, research;\r\n\u2022 education, competency development, dissemination of information;\r\n\u2022 cultural activity;\r\n\u2022 environmental protection;\r\n\u2022 maintaining cross-border relationship with Hungarian nationals;\r\n\u2022 promoting training and employment of disadvantaged groups in terms of labour market conditions and related services;\r\n\u2022 promotion of Euro-Atlantic integration;\r\n\u2022 provision of services for other non-profit organisations, exclusively available to such entities.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>8. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) The HEA\u2019s non-profit activity is performed in the interest of providing the following non-profit public services:\r\na) Based on the provision of the Law, in its capacity as member, the HEA is involved in the broadest multilateral consultation platform of social dialogue (Art. 4 (1) 4b) of Act XCIII of 2011 on National Economic and Social Council)\r\nb) involvement in partnerships based on mutual support with Hungarian nationality groups living in diaspora and in the Transylvania, Upper Hungary, Vojvodina, Subcarpathia, Croatia, Prekmurje, Burgerland and western regions (Art 1 (3) c) of Gov. (VII.1.))\r\ni) involvement in formulating public responsibilities related to the functioning and development of adult education in order to facilitate lifelong learning (Art. 61.b) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\nj) involvement in developing the Government\u2019s technology and innovation policies (Art. 62.h) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\nt) involvement in developing the Government\u2019s concepts on employment, standard of living and regional cohesion policies (Art. 81 (1) b) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\nu) involvement in monitoring the employment situation and developing forecasts for labour market demand and supply (Art. 81 (1) j) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\nv) involvement in executing public responsibilities related to the functioning and development of public education and tertiary education systems in order to facilitate lifelong learning (Art. 81 (2) l) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\nx) involvement in developing adult learning and labour market training programmes and disseminating such programmes based on advanced information technology (Art. 81 (2) m) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\ny) involvement in developing and reviewing legislation on regional development (Art. 82.b) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\nz) involvement in developing legislation on research-development and technological innovation, and the relevant Government decisions, strategies and programmes (Art. 83. a) and b) of Gov. Decree No. 212\/2010. (VII.1.))\r\n(2) The HEA performs the activities listed in Art. 8 primarily at the request of, and in partnership with the public authorities and organisation responsible for the specific areas. In order to formulate opinion, the HEA relies on the involvement of its competent sections and organisations.\r\n(3) The most important information related to its activities and functioning according to the Articles of Association are published on the HEA\u2019s website (www.mkt.hu).<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>9. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) The platforms of the Hungarian Economic Association wish to provide scope for every economic direction and school, considering it important to facilitate the freedom of professional opinion.\r\n(2) The aim of the HEA via its membership and available tools is to promote the development and practical use of economic science, to enhance relations with representatives of related branches of science and to improve economic thinking, in addition to contributing to the nation\u2019s enrichment, and to the representation and protection of the interests of its members and of the economic profession in general.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>10. \u00a7<\/strong> In order to achieve the set goals, the Hungarian Economic Association, as well as its sections and organisations\r\na) support the development of new scientific results (works);\r\nb) seek to facilitate answering questions raised by national economy and corporate practice for those practicing and using economics;\r\nc) provide forums for disseminating the relevant knowledge and experience;\r\nd) organise discussions on various scientific and professional issues;\r\ne) facilitate the professional training and self-development of practicing economists;\r\nf) maintain relationships with members having legal personality;\r\ng) maintain relationships with foreign partner associations and facilitate contact with professionals abroad;\r\nh) undertake membership and participate in the activities of international professional organisations;\r\ni) participate in the development and reviewing of public measures concerning the professional interests of economists;\r\nj) devote special attention to promoting the involvement of economics students at secondary and tertiary level in professional public life and facilitating the integration of young professionals.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>11. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) In addition to facilitating the activities listed in Articles 8 and 10, the HEA, along with its sections and organisations, is engaged in the following:\r\na) organising scientific and professional discussions, forums, lectures, conferences and congresses;\r\nb) publishing journals, books and other publications, including electronic means;\r\nc) maintaining relations with other Hungarian professional and scientific organisations and foundations, also in the capacity as member;\r\nd) cooperating with foreign organisations of economics\/economists;\r\ne) organising training courses;\r\nf) participating in the development of proposals and plans related to economics\/economists;\r\ng) launching scientific tenders;\r\nh) organising and operating clubs and public libraries for economists.\r\n(2) The HEA establishes and grants various awards and honours.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>12. \u00a7<\/strong> The HEA provides the activities listed in Articles 7-11 not only to members, but also to professionals interested in participating in various programmes. As a major tool, the programmes of the HEA are announced publicly. Information on the operation and services, as well as statements and public benefit reports of the Association are published at the HEA\u2019s website (http:\/\/www.mkt.hu).<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>13. \u00a7<\/strong> The HEA performs economic or business activity on secondary basis, exclusively in the interest of, and without any danger to achieving the set public benefit goals.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>14. \u00a7<\/strong> Any profits resulting from the economic operations of the HEA should be allocated to targeted activities set out in Articles 7-11 herein, without distributing dividends.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>15. \u00a7<\/strong> The HEA should not engage in political activity, and should remain independent of any political party. The HEA should not provide financial support to any such parties, and should not accept financial support from them either. It shall not nominate or support candidates to the European or the national Parliament, or to any county or metropolitan municipality.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>16. \u00a7<\/strong> All records of the HEA\u2019s general assemblies, board meetings and supervisory meetings should be public and accessible to anyone based on prior arrangement. Such records should account for the content, date and scope of the HEA\u2019S management decisions, the ratio of supporters and opponents of each decision, and preferably their identities. Access to documents regarding the functioning of the Association should be provided via the Secretariat of the HEA to anyone during regular working hours.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>III. Members of the Association<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>17. \u00a7<\/strong> The membership of the HEA consists of founding members, regular members, honorary members and legal members.\r\n(1) A founding member is a natural person involved in the re-inaugural meeting of the HEA on 15 December 1959, respectively in the inaugural general assembly of any (regional) organisation.\r\n(2) A regular member is an individual of Hungarian or foreign nationality engaged in economics activity, holding a degree in economics or performing economics studies, who is willing to accept the Articles of Association of the HEA, and is prepared to undertake participation in the Association\u2019s activity and to pay regular membership fee. Membership status occurs upon submission of a joining declaration and payment of the relevant membership fee. The joining declaration should indicate the Section(s) or regional organisation in the activity of which the member intends to participate. Members may participate in the activities of other HEA organisations as well.\r\n(3) An honorary member is an individual of Hungarian or foreign nationality with outstanding merits achieved as a result of engagement in economic science or implementing any goal of the HEA. Honorary members are elected by the general assembly based on recommendations of the Board. The boards of the HEA\u2019s Sections and organisations may put forward recommendations for the election of honorary members. Honorary members enjoy equal rights to the regular members of the HEA, without obligation to pay membership fee.\r\n(4) A legal member is an entity with legal personality. Legal members are supplied with the HEA\u2019s publications and receive invitations to all events organised by the HEA (legal members in the countryside are invited to regional events, and those in the capital are invited to events held in Budapest). In preparing their work programmes, the HEA organisations seek to accommodate the requests of their respective legal members as far as possible. The membership fee of a legal member is agreed with the representative of the organisation approving the particular membership. The membership rights of a legal member are exercised via a representative.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>18. \u00a7<\/strong> Rights of members:\r\n\u2022 participation in the activity of the relevant Section\/organisation;\r\n\u2022 involvement in the election of the relevant Section\u2019s\/organisation\u2019s board members and representatives delegated to general assemblies;\r\n\u2022 founding members, regular members and honorary members may be elected to any position within the HEA or delegated to general assemblies;\r\n\u2022 right to visit the premises of the HEA;\r\n\u2022 regular written information received on relevant decisions of the HEA\u2019s management bodies;\r\n\u2022 access to special offers and discounts of the HEA; no financial allowance provided to members.\r\nSpecial offers and discounts primarily include opportunities to subscribe to\/order journals and books, and to participate in courses and consultations organised by the HEA at reduced price, also covering discounts available to HEA Membership Card holders via Euro Discount Club. (In addition, elected officials may be entitled to remuneration, and those performing outstanding activities may be offered various awards, including money, in accordance with publicly announced rules.)<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>19. \u00a7<\/strong> Obligations of members:\r\n\u2022 observing the rules set out in the Articles of Association of the HEA;\r\n\u2022 paying regular membership fee.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>20. \u00a7<\/strong> The membership status shall be terminated by resignation or exclusion, or in the event of death (in case of legal members in the event of cessation without a legal successor), respectively via termination of membership by the Association. If based on the Articles of Association membership should be subject to specific conditions, and a member fails to comply with such conditions, the HEA may terminate the particular member\u2019s status by 30-day written notice.\r\n(1) Termination of membership should be notified by members in a letter dispatched to the specific Section\/organisation, addressed to the Board of the HEA. The membership status is terminated on the last day of the month upon submitting the termination notice (or on the last day of the month indicated by the exiting member).\r\n(2) Any serious or repeated violation of the law, the Articles of Association or a decision of the HEA\u2019s General Assembly by a member may result in exclusion proceedings against such member at the initiative of any member or body of the HEA. A member prohibited to participate in public affairs by a final court order may be excluded from membership by the HEA\u2019s Board. Right of defence should be granted prior to exclusion by 8-day written notice. In the event of exclusion the relevant decision should be drawn up in writing along with appropriate justification including any fact and evidence forming basis for exclusion, as well as the applicable remedy options. The excluded member should be notified of such decision.\r\n(3) Appeal against an exclusion decision may be submitted to the General Assembly of the HEA within 15 days of receiving notification in accordance with the HEA\u2019s applicable internal rules.\r\n(4) The Secretariat may deem a membership status inactive if a member fails to comply with the applicable membership fee payment obligation despite a relevant notice, falling behind with fee payments for a period exceeding 12 months.\r\n(5) Inactive members may not exercise any membership rights and may not be elected to hold any function within the HEA.\r\n(6) Inactive members complying with their respective membership fee payment obligations should regain active membership status upon appropriate actions by the Secretariat.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IV. The organisations of the HEA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>21. \u00a7<\/strong> The Hungarian Economic Association consists of Sections with national competence, as well as regional organisations at county, city and regional level with no independent legal personality. Any member of the HEA may initiate the establishment of further section(s) or organisation(s), subject to availability of minimum ten members, an elected board and approval of the Board of the HEA.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>22. \u00a7<\/strong> The respective activities of the HEA\u2019s Sections and organisations shall be designed, organised and implemented independently (in accordance with the general principles, goals and rules set out in the Articles of Association), requesting assistance from the HEA\u2019s Secretariat as necessary.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>23. \u00a7<\/strong> The main body of each Section or organisation shall be the General Assembly with responsibility to elect its board\/officials and to determine the framework of activities. The general assembly should be open to all individual and legal members of the specific organisation, and each attending member should be granted one vote. As regards the implementation of general assemblies of the HEA\u2019s Sections and organisations, with particular regard to having a quorum, the rules applicable to national general assemblies should be adopted as appropriate.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>24. \u00a7<\/strong> Any county, city or regional organisation may have independent financial management, if so intended, under control of the organisation\u2019s secretary. Such organisations shall have responsibility for the preparation of their own budget, which should be submitted to the Secretariat of the HEA in order to verify compliance with the applicable law, as well as the internal management and accounting rules of the Association. The budget of the specific organisation, exclusively verified for the above purpose, should be submitted for approval to the national general assembly.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>25. \u00a7<\/strong> The President and the Secretary, relying on a Board consisting of an optional number of members, shall control the activity of the respective Section or organisation in view of the decisions of the HEA\u2019s General Assembly and Board.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>26. \u00a7<\/strong> The organisations may establish their own sections and working committees as deemed appropriate.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>27. \u00a7<\/strong> If an organisation\u2019s general assembly decides to exit the HEA in order to become an independent entity with a legal personality, any potential asset transfer issues should be decided by the national General Assembly of the HEA based on the proposals of the national and organisation level boards.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V. General Assembly of delegates<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>28. \u00a7<\/strong> The main bodies of the HEA at national level include the General Assembly of delegates, the Board and the Supervisory Committee.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>29. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) The decision making body of the Association is the General Assembly of delegates, attended by two delegates from each Section and regional organisation of the HEA. At the General Assembly voting right shall only be granted to delegates; the board and members, unless delegated, may participate with a right of consultation only. The meetings of the General Assembly should be public, convened by the Board.\r\n(2) The competences of the General Assembly of delegates include the following:\r\na) adoption and amendment of the Articles of Association of the HEA;\r\nb) determining the main fields of activity of the HEA;\r\nc) adoption of the annual budget and statements\/reports of the HEA (including balance sheet, public benefit report, profit and loss statement and supplementing annexes);\r\nd) discussion and adoption of reports of the HEA\u2019s Board and Supervisory Committee, as well as audit reports;\r\ne) determining membership fees;\r\nf) election of the HEA\u2019s Board, including its President, Vice Presidents and Secretary General, as well as the Chairperson and members of the Supervisory Committee (except for the Youth Committee Chairperson);\r\ng) election of the HEA\u2019s auditor;\r\nh) decision on appeals submitted by members excluded by the Board according to Art. 20 (3);\r\ni) approval of joining\/exit decisions of the Association with regard to international professional organisations;\r\nj) decision on merger, dissolution or division (exit) issues;\r\nk) decision on termination of the HEA.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>30. \u00a7<\/strong> The General Assembly of delegates should be convened annually by the legally specified date available for adopting reports\/statements. Additionally, the Board may convene extraordinary meetings at any time. The General Assembly shall be convened by the national Board of the Association if requested by more than one-third of the section\/organisation boards of the HEA.\r\nThe meetings of the General Assembly of delegates should be convened via invitation 30 days previously, including the name and registered seat of the association, and the date, time, venue and agenda of the specific meeting. For lack of quorum, also the date, time and venue of the recurring meeting should be indicated, along with notification of different rules of quorum and reference to such circumstances. The agenda should be sufficiently detailed in order to allow delegates with a voting right to formulate their respective positions on issues to be discussed. The Association\u2019s members and organisations may request the body or individual convening the General Assembly to supplement the agenda, along with appropriate justification, within 8 days of receiving the specific invitation.\r\nThe Board shall have the right to decide on supplementing the agenda. If the Board fails to decide on or rejects such request for supplementing the agenda, the relevant decision shall be made by the General Assembly prior to its resolution adopting the agenda.\r\nA previously announced agenda may only be amended by two-third majority of the votes of delegates attending the meeting of the General Assembly.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>31. \u00a7<\/strong> The General Assembly of delegates shall have a quorum if 50% of the delegates + 1 individual are present. The decisions of the General Assembly shall be adopted by simple majority of votes. Issues involving amendment of the HEA\u2019s Articles of Association, as well as mergers and dissolutions shall require three-quarter majority determined on the basis of votes cast by delegates with a voting right.\r\nIn order to terminate the Association, the relevant decision of the General Assembly shall require three-quarter majority determined on the basis of votes cast by delegates with a voting right.\r\nIf a duly convened General Assembly fails to have a quorum, the recurring meeting of the General Assembly shall have a quorum in matters set on the original agenda, irrespective of the number of attending members, if such meeting is convened at least 3, but not more than 15 days later than the original date, and this fact is specified in the invitation dispatched to delegates. In such cases the previously dispatched agenda of the General Assembly convened in this manner may not be extended by additional agenda items.\r\nThe meetings of the General Assembly of delegates are chaired by the President. The President may decide to appoint someone else to chair a specific General Assembly meeting. Based on the proposal of the President, the General Assembly shall elect two vote counters from among its attending members by simple majority.\r\nAttending delegates should be registered in an attendance sheet, including their names, membership identification and the eligible number of votes based on the represented regional organisation or section votes. The attendance sheet should be signed by the presiding chair and the minute-taker of the General Assembly.\r\nThe meetings of the General Assembly should be recorded, and signed by the presiding chair and the minute-taker, then authenticated by two elected members attending the meeting.\r\nSuch records should include the following:\r\n\u2013 name and registered seat of the association;\r\n\u2013 place, date and time of the meeting;\r\n\u2013 names of the presiding chair, the minute-taker and the persons authenticating the minutes;\r\n\u2013 main events and proposals brought forward at the General Assembly;\r\n\u2013 proposals for decision, adopted decisions, as well as the number of votes and countervotes, and the number of those refraining from voting.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>32. \u00a7<\/strong> Issues at the meetings of the General Assembly are usually decided by open vote. Secret voting is used in personal matters, and in cases requested by minimum ten percent of the delegates.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>33. \u00a7<\/strong> The delegates at the General Assembly meetings are entitled to votes according to the number of individual members of the specific section\/organisation with duly settled membership fees in the previous year. (The relevant numbers are established by the national Secretariat based on membership fees paid by regular members according to book, notified to the secretary of the specific organisation not later than 8 working days prior to meeting.) If only one of the elected two delegates attends a meeting, the number of eligible votes shall be equal to the membership of the delegating section\/organisation. If both elected delegates are present, each of them shall be eligible to half of the votes specified above.\r\nThe resolutions of the General Assemblies of delegates shall be registered by an individual appointed by the chair by filing the minutes of meetings in chronological order, also including the date and scope of each resolution, the ratio of votes, as well as the names of delegates voting for or against, or refraining from the specific decision.\r\nThe chairperson shall be responsible for communicating the decisions of the General Assemblies to all interested parties in writing, in a certifiable manner. Such decisions shall be published on the website of the Association as well.\r\nA resolution may also be adopted without holding a meeting. Such resolutions shall be initiated by the Board by dispatching the specific draft resolution to the delegates via email. The email addresses of delegates are registered with the Secretariat. The delegates shall be required to return their votes within eight days of receiving the draft resolution. Voters shall confirm the receipt of electronic deliveries dispatched to delegates, other than by automatic email confirmation, which shall be recorded both in electronic and paper format.\r\nIn the event of adopting a resolution without a meeting, the provisions of the Articles of Association shall be applicable to quorum and voting matters with the exception that the resolution process shall be valid if the number of votes returned to Administration is equivalent to, or more, than the attendance requirement of delegates with voting right in the event of holding a meeting with quorum.\r\nIf any of the delegates requires a meeting, the General Assembly shall be convened. Votes received by electronic means shall be recorded (saved) electronically. The receipt of electronic votes shall be confirmed to voters electronically without delay, other than by automatic email confirmation, which shall be recorded both in electronic and paper format. The outcome of the voting process shall be established by the Administration within three days of the deadline set for returning votes, or if all the votes are received before the set deadline, within three days of receiving the last vote, and the outcome shall be communicated to the delegates within a period of additional three days.\r\nThe received votes shall be recorded in paper format on the first working day upon the set deadline in a manner that the document containing the printed vote shall specify the date and time of dispatch, clearly indicating the sender and the content of the vote as well. The date of adopting the resolution shall be the deadline established for voting, or if all the votes are received before the set deadline, it shall be the date of receiving the last vote.\r\nAccess to documents produced in relation to the Association\u2019s operation shall be free to anyone at the registered seat of the HEA upon prior arrangement with the HEA\u2019s President.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>34. \u00a7<\/strong> The persons to be elected at a General Assembly of delegates shall be recommended by a nominating committee previously appointed by the Board. The chair of the committee shall communicate its proposals to the delegates at least four weeks before the General Assembly meeting, providing an opportunity for delegates to request opinion from the board or members of their respective Section\/organisation.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>35. \u00a7<\/strong> (1) Any president\/chairperson, official or member of a managing body of the HEA may only be elected subject to the provisions of Act CLXXV of 2011 on freedom of association, non-profit status and the operation and support of civil organisations applicable to conflict of interest. Each elected official shall issue a written declaration prior to election stating that no relevant conflict of interest specified in Act CLXXV of 2011 exists.\r\nNo managing body of the Association may have an individual to be president or official for a period of three years upon termination of a non-profit organisation if that individual previously took a senior official position with that non-profit organisation for a period of minimum one year in its final two years prior to termination, and\r\na) it ceased to exist without a legal successor in a way that it had failed to settle the applicable tax and custom payment obligations registered with the tax and customs authorities,\r\nb) against which significant tax shortage had been disclosed by the competent public tax and customs authorities,\r\nc) against which business closure measure or equivalent penalty had been applied by the competent public tax and customs authorities,\r\nd) whose tax number had been suspended or withdrawn by the competent public tax and customs authorities based on the law establishing the order of taxation.\r\nFurthermore, no managing body of the Association may have an individual to be president or official if that person\r\na) had been given a custodial sentence in a final order due to committing a criminal offence, until relieved of the adverse consequences of such offence,\r\nb) had been banned from his occupation related to the specific organisation\u2019s activity in a final order, under the effect of such order,\r\nc) had been banned from his activity as senior official, for the period applicable to such prohibition.\r\nA senior official, or an individual nominated to take such position shall be obliged to inform all concerned non-profit organisations in advance if such position is simultaneously filled at another non-profit organisation as well.\r\n(2) An individual may not participate in the decision making process of a managing body if based on the specific decision he, or his close relative or partner (a) would be relieved of any obligation or liability, or (b) would enjoy any other benefit, or would otherwise have an interest in a legal transaction to be concluded. A non-financial service freely available to anyone in the framework of targeted allowance by a non-profit organisation, or a targeted allowance available to members of a social organisation based on membership status under the applicable deed of foundation shall not be deemed to be a benefit,\r\nfurthermore, exclusion shall be applied to any individual who\r\na) based on the specific decision would be party to an agreement;\r\nb) based on the specific decision would be subject to a legal action;\r\nc) has a relative interested in the specific decision, who is not a member or founder of the association;\r\nd) is linked to another organisation interested in the specific decision based on a relationship involving majority influence; or\r\ne) is otherwise personally interested in the specific decision.\r\nAny individual with an interest specified above shall be ignored for the purpose of establishing quorum.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VI. The Board<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>36. \u00a7<\/strong> In the interim periods between General Assembly meetings the main body of the Association shall be the Board, consisting of minimum 18, but not more than 22 members elected by the General Assembly of delegates, as well as the lifetime honorary president(s) of the HEA and the Chairperson of the Youth Committee. The Board is the administrative body of the Association. The delegates elect the Board and all the officials for a period of three years. Each elected member shall issue a written declaration stating acceptance of the specific mandate and non-existence of any legally specified conflict of interest detailed above. The mandates shall be valid from the day upon election until the next re-election date.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>37. \u00a7<\/strong> The duties of the HEA\u2019s Board include:\r\n\u2022 managing the activity of the HEA in the interim periods between General Assembly meetings;\r\n\u2022 deciding in matters brought before the Board;\r\n\u2022 deciding in matters involving joining or exiting other national and international organisations and associations by the HEA and its organisations;\r\n\u2022 harmonising the international activities of the organisations of the HEA.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>38. \u00a7<\/strong> The Board should have at least four meetings annually. The meetings of the Board should be convened by the Secretary General by sending personal invitation to each Board member, which should also include the proposed agenda. The Board meetings shall be open to any interested parties. Issues may be added to the agenda even in the course of Board meetings subject to support by a simple majority of attending members. The Board shall have a quorum if minimum 50% of members + 1 individual are present. For the purpose of having a quorum a Board member working abroad permanently should not be taken into consideration. The number of Board members working abroad permanently, without being considered for the purpose of having a quorum, should not be more than one-quarter of the Board\u2019s membership. The decisions of the Board shall be adopted by a simple majority of attending members (50% + 1 person). In order to decide on excluding a Board member two-third majority of all attending members shall be required.\r\nIn matters requiring urgent decision or in otherwise justified cases the Board may adopt decisions without holding a meeting. In such cases the Board members shall be required to express opinion by fax of electronic mail.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>39. \u00a7<\/strong> The Board meetings shall be recorded indicating the ratio of votes for each adopted decision. The minutes of the Board meetings, apart from members of the Board, shall be distributed to the presidents, secretaries and members of all sections and organisations of the HEA.\r\nThe individuals authorised to represent the Board\/Association shall be the President and the Secretary General of the HEA.\r\nSigning on behalf of the Association shall be performed in a manner that all manually written, typed, printed or pre-printed documents shall be signed independently by an authorised representative, i.e. the President or the Secretary General of the HEA.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>40. \u00a7<\/strong> President of the HEA\r\nThe President shall be responsible for publicly representing the HEA and presiding at the HEA\u2019s national Board meetings and General Assemblies of delegates. Further duties of the President include announcing resolutions at meetings and establishing the number of votes supporting or rejecting each decision, as well as the number of those refraining from voting. In case of absence the President may be substituted by the Secretary General or a Vice President. A President may be re-elected twice. For a second re-election three-quarter majority shall be required. The relevant paragraph of the Articles of Association may only be amended by a unanimous vote. The President shall have authority to represent the Association individually.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>41. \u00a7<\/strong> Secretary General of the HEA\r\nThe Secretary General shall be authorised to represent the HEA in relation to other organisations and authorities. The Secretary General shall be responsible for ensuring the functioning of the HEA, in addition to continually organising Board activities, preparing the meetings of the HEA\u2019s managing bodies, organising the implementation of decisions and verifying their execution. Employer\u2019s rights with regard to employees of the HEA shall be exercised by the Secretary General. The Secretary General shall have authority to represent the Association individually. The Secretary General, also a member of the Board, shall be elected by the General Assembly of delegates by simple majority for a period of 3 years.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>42. \u00a7<\/strong> Vice Presidents\r\nThe HEA shall have six Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents may act as substitutes for the President as necessary, at the request of the Board or the President, and may perform duties delegated to them by the Board.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>43. \u00a7<\/strong> Deputy Secretary General\r\nThe Board may decide to elect a Deputy Secretary General from among its members. The Deputy Secretary General shall assist the activity of, or substitute for the Secretary General, without authority to represent the Association individually.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>44. \u00a7<\/strong> Chairperson of the HEA\u2019s Youth Committee\r\nThe Chairperson of the Youth Committee shall be responsible for managing the work of the YC made up by one delegate from each HEA Section\/organisation, in addition to organising services provided by the HEA for young economists. The Committee shall elect its own Chair, whose mandate shall be valid until the next re-election meeting of the HEA.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>45. \u00a7<\/strong> The administration of the HEA shall be managed by the Head of Secretariat employed by the Association, in relation to whom employer\u2019s rights shall be exercised by the Secretary General of the HEA. The scope of duties of the Head of Secretariat shall be detailed in a job description.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>46. \u00a7<\/strong> The activities of the HEA\u2019s Sections and organisations shall be assisted by the Secretariat via professional, organisational and accounting services.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VII. Supervisory Committee<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>47. \u00a7<\/strong> The Supervisory Committee shall verify the lawfulness of the HEA\u2019s activity. The Supervisory Committee shall have at least one meeting annually, and it shall report to the General Assembly of delegates on the operation of the HEA\u2019s management bodies. The Supervisory Committee shall have competence in accordance with Act CLXXV of 2011 on freedom of association, non-profit status and the operation and support of civil organisations.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>48. \u00a7<\/strong> The Supervisory Committee consists of a Chairperson and six members. The Supervisory Committee\u2019s Chairperson and members shall be elected by the General Assembly of delegates for a period of three years from among the members of the Association. The Committee\u2019s Chairperson and members may be elected in view of the provisions of Act CLXXV of 2011 on freedom of association, non-profit status and the operation and support of civil organisations. The Supervisory Committee\u2019s Chairperson and members shall be regularly invited to the Board meetings of the HEA with right of consultation.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>49. \u00a7<\/strong> The meetings of the Supervisory Committee shall be convened by its Chair, who shall also make proposal for the agenda. The decisions of the Supervisory Committee shall be adopted by open vote, by way of simple majority. In order to have a quorum minimum four members should be present. The rules of procedure of the Supervisory Committee shall otherwise be established by itself.\r\nVIII. Auditor of the HEA<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>50. \u00a7<\/strong> The auditor of the HEA shall be elected by the General Assembly of delegates for a period of three years, along with a decision regarding remuneration.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>51. \u00a7<\/strong> The auditor shall perform duties in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The auditor shall submit his annual report to the Head of Secretariat of the HEA not later than 20 days before the date of the specific General Assembly meeting.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>52. \u00a7<\/strong> The rules of conflict of interest applicable to members of the management bodies shall be applied to the auditor as well.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IX. Financial management of the Association<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>53. \u00a7<\/strong> The financial management of the HEA shall be performed in accordance with Articles 42-46 of Act CLXXV of 2011 on freedom of association, non-profit status and the operation and support of civil organisations. The detailed rules of financial management shall be contained in the Financial Management Rules approved by the Board.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>54. \u00a7<\/strong> The revenues of the HEA shall result from\r\n\u2022 membership fees and financial support provided by natural and legal persons;\r\n\u2022 potential state funding;\r\n\u2022 funding received from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences;\r\n\u2022 donations offered by foundations;\r\n\u2022 other sources (participation fees of lectures, courses and conferences, publication of books and journals, club membership fees, etc.); and\r\n\u2022 revenues from business operations.\r\nThe HEA shall not accept donation or funding from any political party including their foundations, or any donation or funding whose purposes and conditions would be contrary to the goals established in the Articles of Association.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>55. \u00a7<\/strong> The fundamental requirements regarding registration and reporting duties in relation to the financial management of the HEA shall be governed by Act CLXXV of 2011 on freedom of association, non-profit status and the operation and support of civil organisations, set out in more detail in the Association\u2019s internal regulations. Any investment activities of the HEA shall be performed according to the investment regulation adopted, and amended exclusively, by the General Assembly of delegates.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>X. Termination of the Association<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>56. \u00a7<\/strong> The Hungarian Economic Association shall be terminated subject to a dissolution decision adopted by the General Assembly of delegates by two-third majority of votes, in the event of merger with another association decided by the General Assembly, or dissolution of the HEA ordered by a court ruling.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>XI. Closing provision<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>57. \u00a7<\/strong> The Articles of Association was initially adopted by the General Assembly of the Hungarian Economic Association on 11 March 1990, entering into force upon adoption.
