In connection with the article, the Hungarian Economic Association and the Financial and Economic Review will organise a professional discussion &#8211; in hybrid form &#8211; <strong>on Wednesday, 5 July 2023, from 10 a.m.<\/strong> at the conference centre of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB) at Krisztina k\u00f6r\u00fat 55, Budapest. The event will also be streamed live on the HEA&#8217;s YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>The event will start with a welcome speech by <strong>Barnab\u00e1s Vir\u00e1g<\/strong>, Deputy Governor of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, Chairman of the Editorial Board of the Financial and Economic Review and member of the Board of the Competitiveness Section of the HEA, followed by a short introductory presentation by the author, professor P\u00e9ter Halmai. This will be followed by a discussion with Istv\u00e1n Benczes, Professor at the Corvinus University of Budapest and Zolt\u00e1n Cs\u00e9falvay, Head of the Technology Futures Workshop at Mathias Corvinus Collegium. The discussion will be moderated by Gy\u00f6rgy Szap\u00e1ry, Senior Advisor to the Governor of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank.<\/p>\n<p><em>In view of the capacity of the room, personal participation is subject to prior registration. Please register in advance at <a href=\"mailto:hitelintezetiszemle@mnb.hu\"><strong>hitelintezetiszemle@mnb.hu<\/strong><\/a> by Monday, 3 July 2023, 14:00 at the latest.
