This is the title of a conference organised by the Ministry of Public Administration and Regional Development (MPARD) in cooperation with the Development Policy Department of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) on Tuesday, 16 January 2024, from 10.30 a.m. at the Selyemgy\u00e1r Event Centre (7700 Moh\u00e1cs Szent J\u00e1nos utca 5.). The morning programme of the conference will be streamed live on the HEA&#8217;s YouTube channel, at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=jbzGVmOd7OA\">this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The two introductory speeches of the conference will be given by Tibor Navracsics, Minister of Public Administration and Regional Development, and Etele Bar\u00e1th, former Minister of European Affairs and President of the Development Policy Section of the HEA &#8211; our Section President will share his thoughts with the audience under the title &#8222;Aims, achievements, lessons learned &#8211; 20 years in the European Union&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Among the speakers will be G\u00e1bor Mayer, State Secretary for Spatial Development of the MPARD (Renewal of Hungarian Spatial Policy); Istv\u00e1n Gy\u00f6rgy, State Secretary for Territorial Administration of the MPARD (Mapping and Legal Framework of Hungarian Public Services); and Mikl\u00f3s Dukai, State Secretary for Local Government of the MPARD (The Importance of Innovative Local Governments in Renewing Spatial Policy).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Renewable territorial policy &#8211; coordinated territorial cooperation for territorial development.
