{"id":12423,"date":"2025-01-09T11:26:23","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T10:26:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/?p=12423"},"modified":"2025-01-15T18:07:08","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T17:07:08","slug":"hazai-eloallitasu-kulonlegessegek-a-konyhaban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/en\/2025\/01\/09\/hazai-eloallitasu-kulonlegessegek-a-konyhaban\/","title":{"rendered":"Hungarian produced delicacies in the cuisine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Domestically produced new and old delicacies on the table of the Hungarian cuisine<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; this is the title of a professional roundtable discussion organised by the Agricultural and Food Industry Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) <strong>on Tuesday, 28 January 2025, from 11 am<\/strong> at the HEA&#8217;s new community room, on the 4th floor of the B Building of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of ELTE (1053 Budapest, Kecskem\u00e9ti u. 10-12.).<\/p>\n<p>At the event, farmers <strong>Don\u00e1t Balog<\/strong> (ostrich), <strong>Levente Iv\u00e1nyi<\/strong> (pigeon, fattened duck) and <strong>Endre Harcz<\/strong> (kiwi, blueberry, fig, date plum, etc.) will discuss their experiences on how to expand our eating habits and what factors influence the market for partly old and partly new home-produced speciality foods in Hungary. The moderator of the event will be <strong>Attila Z\u00f6ldr\u00e9ti<\/strong>, President of the Agriculture and Food Section of the HEA.<\/p>\n<p><em>Due to the capacity of the room, personal participation is subject to prior registration.
