{"id":12439,"date":"2025-01-14T16:53:41","date_gmt":"2025-01-14T15:53:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/?p=12439"},"modified":"2025-01-17T14:40:54","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T13:40:54","slug":"elorejelzok-foruma-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/en\/2025\/01\/14\/elorejelzok-foruma-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Macroeconomic forecasters&#8217; forum 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Economic Policy and Economic Theory Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) will organise its traditional <strong>macroeconomic forecasters&#8217; forum<\/strong> on <strong>Thursday, 13 February 2025, from 14:00<\/strong> at the HEA Community Hall (ELTE \u00c1JK, 1053 Budapest, Kecskem\u00e9ti u. 10-12., IV. floor 403.).<\/p>\n<p>Participants of the discussion will be <strong>Andr\u00e1s Balatoni<\/strong>, Director of Economic Forecasting and Analysis at the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, member of the Board of the Economic Policy and Economic Theory Section of the HEA; <strong>J\u00e1nos Nagy<\/strong>, macroeconomic analyst at Erste Bank; <strong>\u00c9va Pal\u00f3cz<\/strong>, CEO of Kopint-T\u00e1rki Zrt, and Vice-President of the HEA and <strong>Gergely Suppan<\/strong>, Deputy State Secretary for Macroeconomic Analysis at the Ministry of National Economy.. The discussion will be moderated by <strong>Istv\u00e1n Mad\u00e1r<\/strong>, Senior Analyst at Portfoli\u00f3.hu and member of the HEA&#8217;s Board. The participants will be welcomed by <strong>P\u00e9ter Halmai<\/strong>, Academician and President of the Section.<\/p>\n<p>The event is planned to be streamed live on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@magyarkozgazdasagitarsasag\"><strong>HEA&#8217;s YouTube channel<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Due to the capacity of the room, personal participation is subject to prior registration.
