{"id":16280,"date":"2025-05-09T11:41:23","date_gmt":"2025-05-09T09:41:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/?p=16280"},"modified":"2025-05-09T14:26:19","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T12:26:19","slug":"versenykepessegi-kihivasok-egy-atalakulo-vilagban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/en\/2025\/05\/09\/versenykepessegi-kihivasok-egy-atalakulo-vilagban\/","title":{"rendered":"Competitiveness challenges in a changing world"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>European competitiveness challenges in a changing world.<\/em><\/strong> The Hungarian Economic Association&#8217;s (HEA) Industry and Entrepreneurship Section will organise a roundtable discussion on this topic <strong>on Wednesday, 4 June 2025, from 15:00<\/strong> at the HEA Community Room (ELTE \u00c1JK Building B, 1053 Budapest, Kecskem\u00e9ti u. 10-12, 4th floor 403.) and on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gzsJYiVRPzg\">HEA&#8217;s YouTube channel<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participants of the discussion &#8211; <strong>Csaba Majoros<\/strong>, CEO of Csaba Met\u00e1l Zrt.; <strong>Erzs\u00e9bet Czak\u00f3<\/strong>, Professor at the Budapest Business University and <strong>Anna Ded\u00e9n\u00e9 Novotni<\/strong>, Vice President of Hajdu Group (invited) &#8211; will discuss, among other things, how the global economic transformation affects automotive supply chains, what are the possible industrial policy responses in Europe and Hungary, and what are the successful corporate strategies and breakout points in this situation. The discussion will be moderated by <strong>Bal\u00e1zs Babarczy<\/strong>, Senior Researcher at Syreon Research Institute Ltd. and Secretary of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Section of the HEA. <strong>Mikl\u00f3s Kozma<\/strong>, Associate Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest and President of the Section, will welcome the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The event is free of charge, but registration is required in advance due to the capacity of the room.
