{"id":17040,"date":"2026-01-14T16:33:11","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T15:33:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/?p=17040"},"modified":"2026-01-14T16:34:58","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T15:34:58","slug":"elorejelzok-kerekasztala-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/en\/2026\/01\/14\/elorejelzok-kerekasztala-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Forecaster&#8217;s Roundtable 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year as well, the Hungarian Economic Association\u2019s (HEA) Economic Policy and Economic Theory Section is organizing its traditional <strong><em>macroeconomic forecasting roundtable discussion<\/em><\/strong> on <strong>Thursday, 29 January 2026, from 3:00 p.m.<\/strong>, in the HEA community space, on the 4th floor of Building B of the ELTE Faculty of Law (1053 Budapest, Kecskem\u00e9ti u. 10\u201312) and on the <strong>HEA YouTube channel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants in the discussion will be: <strong>Andr\u00e1s Balatoni<\/strong>, Director responsible for economic forecasting and analysis at the Hungarian National Bank, and member of the Boars of the HEA Economic Policy and Economic Theory Section; <strong>\u00c9va Pal\u00f3cz<\/strong>, CEO of Kopint-T\u00e1rki Zrt<strong>.<\/strong>, Vice President of the HEA; <strong>Gergely Tardos<\/strong>, Director of the Analysis Center of OTP Bank; and <strong>P\u00e9ter Virov\u00e1cz<\/strong>, Senior Analyst of the ING. The discussion will be moderated by <strong>Istv\u00e1n Mad\u00e1r<\/strong>, Chief Analyst at Portfolio.hu, member of the HEA Board.
