{"id":17153,"date":"2026-02-04T13:16:19","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T12:16:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/?p=17153"},"modified":"2026-02-04T13:19:04","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T12:19:04","slug":"miert-eppen-a-magyar-szurke","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/en\/2026\/02\/04\/miert-eppen-a-magyar-szurke\/","title":{"rendered":"Why Hungarian Grey cattle specifically?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Why Hungarian Grey specifically?<\/em><\/strong> Under this title, the Agricultural and Food Industry Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) will hold its next professional meeting on <strong>Monday, February 16, 2026, starting at 2:30 p.m.<\/strong>, in the HEA community space (ELTE Faculty of Law, Building B, 1053 Budapest, Kecskem\u00e9ti u. 10\u201312., 4th floor, room 403) and on the HEA YouTube channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the event, in addition to the genetic characteristics of Hungarian Grey cattle, the possibilities of their gastronomic use will also be reviewed by the two speakers: <strong>Endre Kaltenecker<\/strong>, Executive Director of the Association of Hungarian Grey Cattle Breeders (MSZTE), and <strong>S\u00e1ndor Kerekes<\/strong>, creative chef. The discussion will be moderated by our fellow member <strong>Andr\u00e1s Hal\u00e1sz<\/strong>, as a researcher of the topic.
