The event is based on the study by Bence Varga, published this February in the journal <em>Ter\u00fcleti Statisztika<\/em>, titled <em>Labour Market Situation in Peripheral Hungarian\u2013Slovak Border Regions, 2001\u20132023<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main findings of the study will be presented by the author, Bence Varga, PhD student at the Department of Regional Science, Faculty of Science, E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University. Invited discussants: Katalin Lipt\u00e1k, Associate Professor and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Miskolc; Istv\u00e1n Balcs\u00f3k, Assistant Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Policy, University of Debrecen; and M\u00e1ty\u00e1s Jaschitz, Director of the Central European Service for Cross-Border Initiatives (CESCI).
