The starting point of the discussion was a public policy paradox: over the past decade and a half, employment in Hungary has increased significantly even by European standards, while at the same time the institutional system of classical employment policy has gradually weakened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The introductory presentation was delivered by Tibor Bors Borb\u00e9ly-Pecze. The invited commentators were Norbert Sipos and Tam\u00e1s Gyekiczky. The mini-conference was moderated by L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Herczog, former Minister of Social Affairs and Labour, researcher at Finance Research Plc., and member of the Section\u2019s board.
