The event was based on the study by Istv\u00e1n Boza and Vir\u00e1g Ily\u00e9s entitled <em>\u201cThe EU Pay Transparency Directive \u2013 Challenges and Dilemmas\u201d<\/em>, published in the April 2026 issue of <em>K\u00f6zgazdas\u00e1gi Szemle<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The professional discussion was opened with a welcome address by Tam\u00e1s Halm, Editor-in-Chief of the journal, followed by an introductory presentation by Katalin Nagy, member of the board of the Labour Affairs Section. The plenary presentation was delivered by Istv\u00e1n Boza, research fellow at the Institute of Economics of the Centre for Economic and Regional Studies (ELTE KRTK).
