His presentation will draw primarily on his publication in <em>Munka\u00fcgyi Szemle<\/em>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.munkaugyiszemle.hu\/ujjaszuletes-vagy-intezmenyi-ujrakezdes-tarsadalmi-parbeszed-eselyei-2026-ban\">available for download at this link<\/a><\/strong>. Invited discussants are <strong>Andr\u00e1s P\u00e1szt\u00f3y<\/strong>, Senior Expert at the Hungarian Trade Union Confederation, and <strong>G\u00e1bor M\u00e9lypataki<\/strong>, Associate Professor at the University of Miskolc and Co-Chair of the Labour Relations Subcommittee of the Scientific Committee on the Economics of Human Resources of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
