The conference focused on a study entitled <em>Public Sector Pay Systems and Inequalities in the Public Sector<\/em>, authored by G\u00e1bor M\u00e9lypataki, Andr\u00e1s Pinkasz and Norbert Liszkai and published by SZEF. The conference was opened by J\u00f3zsef Bag\u00f3, President of the HEA Labour Affairs Section, followed by a welcome address from Csaba Cs\u00f3ti, President of SZEF. The research findings were presented by G\u00e1bor M\u00e9lypataki, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc and Co-Chair of the HAS Subcommittee on Industrial Relations. D\u00e1vid Lud\u00e1nyi, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies of the Ludovika University of Public Service, participated as an invited discussant.
