(Address: 1084 Budapest, Tavaszmez\u0151 u. 17.) The event is organised by the Faculty and the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) as part of the Hungarian Science Festival.<\/p>\n

The conference will focus on the current and future challenges of corporate governance in the complex framework of cooperation amongst economic players. It will aim to highlight macro-economic relations and expected development tendencies. Tools and measures will be discussed that can be utilised in both the public and the private sector to increase efficiency and competitiveness.<\/p>\n

The conference will be chaired by Bianka Parragh<\/strong>, lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the \u00d3buda University, member of the Monetary Council, and member of the Presidium of HEA\u2019s Responsible Corporate Governance Unit; and co-chaired by associate professor \u00c1gnes<\/strong>\u00a0 Szeghegyi<\/strong>, director of the university\u2019s Business Management Institute. The presenters will include \u00c1gnes Hornung<\/strong>, state secretary of the Ministry of National Economy in charge of finances, and member of the Presidium of HEA\u2019s Responsible Corporate Governance Unit; Rich\u00e1rd V\u00e9gh<\/strong>, chairman and CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange, and chairman of HEA\u2019s Responsible Corporate Governance Unit; Tam\u00e1s Bihall<\/strong>, vice chairman of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry responsible for training and education, and chairman of HEA\u2019s Borsod-Aba\u00faj-Zempl\u00e9n county unit; and Levente Zsembery<\/strong>, chairman of the Hungarian Venture and Private Capital Association, and member of the Presidium of HEA\u2019s Responsible Corporate Governance Unit.<\/p>\n
