The speakers of the event will include <strong>Gabriella Peszeki<\/strong>, Head of HR Management &amp; Recruiting, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft. <em>(Welcome culture &#8211; Integrating and retaining workforce)<\/em>; <strong>M\u00e1t\u00e9 Peth\u0151<\/strong>, Head of Mercedes-Benz Academy <em>(Workforce training &#8211; the significance of dual education)<\/em>; <strong>Szilvia Varga-Papp<\/strong>, KECT\/HRL HR Manager, Knorr-Bremse F\u00e9krendszerek Kft. <em>(Company experiences in dual training)<\/em> and <strong>Erika T\u00f6r\u00f6k<\/strong>, Deputy Dean of Education, Neumann J\u00e1nos University <em>(The dual training experiences of Neumann J\u00e1nos University)<\/em>. The participants will be welcomed by <b>Zita Finta<\/b>, Chancellor of Neumann J\u00e1nos University, President of the B\u00e1cs-Kiskun County Organization of the HEA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The morning session will be followed by a quick lunch at the University canteen, and a visit to the Kecskem\u00e9t Factory of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft. from 1 p.m. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The <b>bus will depart from N\u00e9pliget, Budapest (Planetarium car park) at 8.30 a.m. <\/b>and is expected to return around 4 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Participation will be free, strictly subject to prior registration due to limited capacity.
