T\u00edmea Gyetvai, finance manager of the Hungarian National Council was recently elected president of our sister organisation, the Hungarian Economic Society of Vojvodina (VHEA).<\/p>\n
The Association of Hungarian Economists in Vojvodina elected a new, five-member Board following the sudden tragic death of M\u00e1rta F\u00f6ldi, former president of the Association, in June.<\/p>\n
The Board of the association unanimously elected T\u00edmea Gyetvai new president of the organisation. T\u00edmea Gyetvai is the financial manager of the Hungarian National Council and, since the establishment of the association, she has been participating in its work; also, she considers it important to unite the generation of Hungarian-speaking economists of Vojvodina and to embrace young economists. The other members of the Board of VMKIT are B\u00e1lint Juh\u00e1sz, R\u00f3bert Fejsztn\u00e1er, Istv\u00e1n Dob\u00f3 and Zolt\u00e1n Szab\u00f3. Zolt\u00e1n Kudlik retained his position as chairman of VHEA general meeting and Stella V\u00edg-Szalma continues to work as secretary.
