Introductory remarks will be made by <strong>Gyula Pleschinger,<\/strong> HEA chairman and member of the Monetary Council and <strong>Enik\u0151 Gy\u0151ri<\/strong>, member of the European Parliament. <em>(On 19 March, our chairman will attend an international panel discussion about the European Semester at the plenary meeting of the European Economic and Social Committee. Mr. Pleschinger was invited by EESC chairman Luca Jahier.)<\/em> The event on 23 March will be chaired by <strong>Etele<\/strong> <strong>Bar\u00e1th<\/strong>, EESC member, former Minister in charge of European matters, and chairman of HEA\u2019s Development Policy Unit.
