{"id":8404,"date":"2021-05-11T13:52:17","date_gmt":"2021-05-11T11:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mkt.hu\/?p=8404"},"modified":"2021-05-31T16:14:47","modified_gmt":"2021-05-31T14:14:47","slug":"kozgazdasz-vandorgyules-2021-ben-is-online-formaban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mkt.hu\/en\/2021\/05\/11\/kozgazdasz-vandorgyules-2021-ben-is-online-formaban\/","title":{"rendered":"Itinerant Conference of Economists 2021 &#8211; another online event"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Considering the pandemic related risks and uncertainties the Board of the Hungarian Economic Association decided to organise the <strong>59th Itinerant Conference of Economists on 23-24 September 2021 in a hybrid format, similar to last year, with live video streaming<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the Board\u2019s decision the Budapest venue of the conference should be selected in a way to allow a limited number of attendees depending on the pandemic situation and the current regulations in force.<\/p>\n<p>The section meetings and panel discussions will be pre-recorded and published via the conference website and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCQn9xUBg0ybiPRfB2QM4QOA\/\">HEA\u2019s YouTube Channel<\/a> upon commencement, similar to last year.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation of the conference programme is under way; members will be kept informed via the <a href=\"https:\/\/kozgazdasz-vandorgyules.blog.hu\/\">website of the Conference<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We hope to be able to organise the 60th Itinerant Conference of Economists in the usual way with approximately 800-900 attendees, 130-140 speakers and dozens of sections in the city of Szeged next year.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Considering the pandemic related risks and uncertainties the Board of the Hungarian Economic Association decided to organise the 59th Itinerant Conference of Economists on 23-24 September 2021 in a hybrid format, similar to last year, with live video streaming.
