The Department of Economic Policy and Labour Economics of the Economic and Public Policy Institute of Corvinus University of Budapest organizes a conference to celebrate HEA’s Vice President, Professor P\u00e9ter \u00c1kos Bod\u2019s 70th birthday.<\/p>\n
The conference is titled \u2018Economic regimes and regime changes \u2013 BP\u00c170\u2019 and is to be held on the 26th of November 2021 at Corvinus University\u2019s Lecture Hall III in the F\u0151v\u00e1m t\u00e9r building. The conference can be also followed on Microsoft Teams through\u00a0https:\/\/bit.ly\/3xopaOg<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n At the conference, Rector El\u0151d Tak\u00e1ts, Professor D\u00f3ra Gy\u00f3rffy and Head of Institute Gy\u00f6rgy Hajnal will give toasts to Professor Bod. The opening lecture will be delivered online by Professor Leszek Balcerowicz of the Warsaw School of Economics, who was minister of finance, deputy prime minister and governor of the central bank of Poland in the 1990s.
