The Budapest Stock Exchange and HEA’s Responsible Corporate Governance Unit are organising a forum on current issues in responsible corporate governance and on the new categories of the Budapest Stock Exchange from 9:30 on Tuesday, 2 October 2018 in the conference room of Bank Center (first floor, Budapest district 5, Szabadság tér 7).
The presentation will focus on the stock market’s recommendations for responsible corporate governance, which took effect on 1 August 2018, as well as on current and expected changes in EU regulations and their implementation. In the second half of the forum, the planned changes in the categories of the Budapest Stock Exchange will be discussed along with the rationale for the change, as well as the new detailed rules to take effect at the beginning of 2019.
