Reviving an old tradition, the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) is organising another Forecasters Forum on Wednesday, 5 December 2018, starting at 4 p.m.  in the Aula of the Budapest Business School (1055 Budapest, Markó utca 29-31).

At the event next year’s macroeconomic forecasts will be presented by Éva Palócz, CEO of Kopint-Tárki Zrt. and Vice President of HEA; András Vértes, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GKI Economic Research Co.; Gábor Regős, Director of Macroeconomics at Századvég Economic Research Co., and Gergely Tardos, Chief Analyst, Head of Research of OTP Bank Nyrt. The moderator of the event will be István Madár, Chief Analyst of Portfolió.hu, Board member of the HEA. In addition to comparing next year’s forecasts, the speakers will also discuss to what extent the economic prognoses for this year have been fulfilled, and what to expect for Hungary’s economy in the post-2020 period.
