The European Union Section of the HEA will organize its first professional event of the year at the German-language Andrássy University Budapest. At the event to take place on Tuesday, 29 January 2019 from 5 p.m. in the Andrássy Hall of the University (1088 Budapest, Pollack Mihály tér 3.) our member, Dietmar Meyer, rector of Andrássy University (Andrássy Universität Budapest) will deliver a speech about ‘The activity and European commitment of the University; the AUB as a European project’ in Hungarian language and answer questions afterwards.
The Andrássy University has been offering Master’s and postgraduate specialist courses in German language since 2002. The AUB is the first fully German-language speaking higher education institution established in partnership by Hungary, Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Austria outside of the German-speaking countries.
