The February edition of the Economic Journal published a study written by Benedek Nagy, Beáta Udvari and Imre Lengyel entitled Reindustrialization in Eastern Europe – a recurring centre-periphery distribution model? Addressing the study, the Hungarian Economic Association is organizing a workshop to take place on Wednesday, 13 March 2019 from 2 p.m. in the HEA Community Centre, Eiffel Palace Office (1055 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 78, 1st floor). The aim of the workshop is to launch a series of events organized by the 125-year old HEA in association with the Economic Journal (Közgazdasági Szemle), including workshops and discussions focusing on a specific study each time.

The workshop’s speakers will be the authors of the paper from the Faculty of Economics, University of Szeged: Benedek Nagy, senior lecturer, Beáta Udvari, associate professor and Imre Lengyel, university professor. Review by: Antal Nikodémus, head of department, Ministry of Innovation and Technology. The event will be chaired and moderated by Erzsébet Czakó, university professor, Director of Institute of Business Economics, Corvinus University of Budapest, and President of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Section of the Hungarian Economic Association.
