Art trade and art collection will be the subject of an event to be presented by Anna Körmendi, lawyer, founder of the Körmendi-Csák Collection, at the invitation of the Cultural Economics Section of the Hungarian Economic Association, to take place on Friday, 29 March 2019, from 4 p.m. at the FUGA Budapest Centre of Architecture (Budapest V. ker. Petőfi Sándor út 5.). The event will be moderated by Andrea Szegő, economist.

The presentation will cover issues such as the general features and trends of the art market, the relationship between aesthetic and market value, the factors influencing art value and contemporary demand, the concept of auctions as well as art trade developments in Hungary since the regime change.
