New forms of local capital accumulation to increase innovation capacity: European trends and new local players to facilitate acquiring capital, knowledge and relationship for innovative companies. This will be the subject of an English language professional event organized by the 125 year old Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) and Women/Business/Angels to take place on Wednesday, 22 May 2019 from 1 p.m. in the HEA Community Centre, Eiffel Palace Office (1055 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 78, 1st floor).

During the event focusing on issues such as fintech trends, alternative finances, crowdfunding and the experiences of using blockchain technology in Estonia’s innovation ecosystem, the speakers including Daniel Horak, co-founder of Conda AG, Austria; Madis Müür, Estonian Investor of the Year, successful angel investor of the blockchain-based crowdfunding portal Funderbeam; and Nóra Szeles, head of Business Development at Tőkeportál Zrt, capital market expert will share their thoughts with the audience. The discussion will be moderated by Eszter Szabó, head of Women/Business/Angels.

The language of the event will be English, with no simultaneous interpretation provided.
