The economic development potentials of local administrations will be the title of a roundtable discussion organized by the Hungarian State Treasury, the Development Economics Section of the Hungarian Economic Association and the Corvinus University of Budapest Research Centre for Industrial Policy to take place on Thursday, 5 December 2019, from 5.30 p.m. in Room 3001 of the main building of Corvinus University.

Participants: Miklós Rosta, Associate Professor, Head of Department of Comparative Economics, Corvinus University of Budapest; Dávid Szebeni, Director of Strategy, Enrawell Group, and Zsolt Zsabka, President of the Industrial Department of the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The roundtable session will be opened by Károly Mike, Dean of Corvinus School of Economics, and the participants will be greeted by József Miszlai, Vice President of the Hungarian State Treasury.

The event will also include the official presentation of issue 2019/3 of the journal Köz-Gazdaság dedicated to the IT systems of local administrations.
