The agreement on the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union, recently approved by the EU agricultural ministers fundamentally determines the system and conditions of subsidies and production for Hungarian agriculture in the period 2021-2027.  The CAP makes up one-third of the 2021-2027 EU budget and is expected to enforce the achievement of the 2030 and 2050 climate targets to an unprecedented degree.

In this context a presentation on Furthering Hungary’s interests during negotiations of the CAP reform will be delivered at the invitation of the Agricultural and Food Industry Section of the Hungarian Economic Association by Anikó Juhász, Deputy Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture on Tuesday, 3 November 2020 from 1 p.m. via Cisco Webex.
