(Re)reformed Vocational Education and Career Orientation for Young People will be the title of an online conference organised by the Career Orientation Division of the Hungarian Pedagogical Association (HPA) and the Labour Section of the HEA, to take place on Thursday, 10 June 2021, from 2 p.m. via Webex and HEA’s YouTube Channel.
Speakers of the conference: Dániel Horn, Director, KRTK Institute of Economics, Eötvös Loránd Research Network (The impact of the 2013 vocational education reform on student competencies and drop-out rates); Zsuzsanna Náderi, Co-president of the Association of Independent Schools, Head of Vocational Education Division (Recent changes in regulation of vocational education for youth and their impact on student career path) and Tibor Bors Borbély-Pecze, Vice President of the Hungarian Pedagogical Association, President of HPA Career Orientation Division (Vocational education, career orientation and career education). The event will be moderated by István Sum, Honorary Associate Professor of Milton Friedman University, Board Member of HEA Labour Section.
