The July-August issue of the Economic Review publishes the study of András Gyimesi and Erik Braun with this title. The Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) and the Economic Review are organizing an online professional event on this article on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, from 2 pm on the Webex and MKT YouTube channel.
At the beginning of the event, the authors, András Gyimesi and Erik Braun, PhD students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pécs, will present the main findings and results of the study, followed by Éva Bácsné Bába, professor of the Institute of Sports Economics and Management of the University of Debrecen, Bence Kocsis, data analyst of the Hungarian Football Federation and Gergely Koppányi, specialist commentator of the Spíler TV, share their thoughts on the topic with the audience. The discussion will be moderated by Tamás Dékán, Economic Director of the Debrecen Sports Center, Member of the Board of the Sports Economics Section of HEA. At the beginning of the event, Tamás Halm, the editor-in-chief of the Economic Review, a member of the board of HEA and Attila Borbély, professor and chairman of the section will greet the audience.
