Working from home – again will be the title of an online conference organised by the Labour Section of the Hungarian Economic Association, to take place on Thursday, 3 February 2022 from 2 p.m. The topicality of the issue is due to the fact that on 14 December 2021 the Parliament adopted Act CXXX of 2021 on certain regulatory matters relating to the health emergency, modifying a number of labour legislations, and introducing home office (working from home) into the Labour Code. The conference will be accessible through Webex and HEA’s YouTube channel.
An introduction to the event will be presented by Péter Sipka, labour law expert, senior lecturer of the University of Debrecen Faculty of Law and Political Sciences. Invited speakers: Dávid Szebeni, Director of Strategy, Enrawell Consulting Kft., Secretary of the Development Policy Section, and Board Member of the Economic Policy and Economic Theory Section of the HEA; István Mandrik, employers’ representative, National Occupational Health and Safety Committee; and Zoltán Nagy-György, Managing Director of Ilcsi Szépítő Füvek Kft., Board Member of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Section of the HEA.
