Should appropriate technology be revived? – this is the title of an online panel discussion organized by the International Economic Association (IEA) on 2 February, 2022, 15.00 CET at Zoom.
As a part of the panel discussion series of the Technology, Jobs and Development Working Group of the IEA, the keynote lecture will be held by Frances Stewart, professor emeritus of the Oxfordi University (daughter of Miklós Káldor Miklós). Participants of the panel discussion are Daron Acemoglu (MIT); Eric Verhoogen (Columbia University) and Fabrizio Zilibotti (Yale). Moderator: Dani Rodrik, professor at Harvard University, President of the IEA.
