The New Age of Central Banking in emerging markets is the title of an international conference organised by Corvinus University of Budapest, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and the London School of Economics and Political Science – with the support of the Hungarian Economic Association’s Monetary Policy Section and the MNB – on Friday 17 March 2023, 9 a.m., in the main auditorium of Corvinus University of Budapest.
The conference will start with the presentation of an honorary doctorate by Agustín Carstens, General Manager of the BIS, former Finance Minister and Central Bank Governor of Mexico.
