A dramatic turnaround in the road transport sector has taken place in the first quarter of 2023, with experts predicting that the sector could become loss-making. The Logistics Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) will organise an online event on this topic on Thursday, 1 June 2023, from 10 a.m. on Webex and on the HEA’s YouTube channel.
The event will start with a presentation by Ferenc Lajkó, Managing Director of DigiLog Consulting and President of the Logistics Section of HEA, on the latest figures of the Road Freight Price Index, followed by a presentation by Zoltán Török, Senior Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank, on the macroeconomic outlook for the sector.
