Three decades of career guidance – this is the title of an online professional conference organised by the Hungarian Economic Association’s Labour Section in cooperation with the Hungarian Pedagogical Society’s Career Guidance Section on Thursday, 9 November 2023, from 14:00 on Webex and the MKT’s YouTube channel.
The aim of the webinar is to provide an overview of the employment, career and career development services that have been developed and operated over three decades (1991-2023) and to evaluate the last 30 years.
The introductory presentation will be given by Tibor Bors Borbély-Pecze, Associate Professor at Wesley János College of Pastoral Studies, Vice President of the Hungarian Pedagogical Society (MPT), President of the Career Guidance Section of MPT. The invited speakers are Mária Gelle, Service Specialist of the Department of Employment, Employment Supervision and Labour Protection of the Vas County Government Office and Gábor Pál Hegedű, certified human resources consultant, trainer, human services expert. Moderator: Anikó Fehérvári, Professor, Director of the Institute of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education and Psychology, ELTE.
