This is the title of a lecture to be held by Árpád Kovács, President of the Fiscal Council, Honorary President of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA), at the invitation of the HEA’s Zala County Organisation, the VOSZ Zala County Organisation and the University of Pannonia Zalaegerszeg University Centre on Wednesday, 8 November, from 14:30 in Zalaegerszeg, at the 2nd floor lecture hall of the Inforcentrum of the University Centre of the University of Pannonia, Zalaegerszeg (Zalaegerszeg, Gasparich út 18/A.).
