Sustainability and corporate development – this is the title of a conference organised by the Sustainability Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA), the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE), the ELTE Savaria University Centre (ELTE SEK), the Association of Business and Scientific Societies (GTTSZ) and the West Hungary Project on Thursday, 22 February, 2024 at 14:00 at the ELTE Savaria University Centre in Szombathely (9700 Szombathely, Károly Gáspár tér 4.). The event will also be available on the HEA’s YouTube channel.

Among the conference speakers will be Richárd Végh, CEO of BSE, President of the Sustainability Section of HEA; Orsolya Ferencz, Ministerial Commissioner for Space Research at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Member of Parliament, and Senior Research Fellow at ELTE; Bianka Horváth, Senior Adviser to the Governor of the Magyar nemzeti Bank, President of the GTTSZ, Member of the Board of the Sustainability Section of the HEA; Diána Pokó, lawyer specialising in artificial intelligence and technology, Co-President of the Economic and Foreign Economic Section of the GTTSZ; Péter Vitkovics, Change Manager; and Ákos Veisz, Director of the ESG Consulting Ltd. Nóra Lenkai, Rector’s Commissioner of ELTE, will welcome the audience. Imre Varga, Director of the ELTE Institute of Economics, will give the closing remarks. The conference will be moderated by Csaba Szajlai, Editor-in-Chief of Világgazdaság.
