Twenty years in the European Union – this is the title of a conference organised by the Hungarian Economic Association’s (HEA) Zala County Organisation and the Zala County Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Wednesday, 8 May 2024, from 14:00 in Zalaegerszeg, in the A3 conference room of AVL-ZalaZONE  (H-8900 Zalaegerszeg, ZalaZONE tér 1.).

The introductory speeches of the conference will be given by Barna Pál Zsigmond, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of European Union Affairs; Etele Baráth, former Minister of European Affairs and President of the Development Policy Section of the HEA; Dezső Kovács, President of the Zala County Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Tibor Vadvári, Deputy Mayor of Zalaegerszeg. The guests will be welcomed by Zoltán Balaicz, Mayor of Zalaegerszeg and Ágnes Csanádi, Vice President of the Zala County Organisation of HEA.

The participants of the round table discussion following the introductory presentations will be András Háry, CEO of ZalaZONE Industrial Park Zrt.; Tamás Kovács, President of Szabadics Zrt.; János Kámán, Managing Director of Pylon ’94 Kft.; Nikoletta Gyutai-Szalay, CEO of Hévinvest Spa-Golf Zrt. and Péter Decsi, Deputy Director General of the University of Pannonia’s University Centre of Zalaegerszeg. The panel discussion will be moderated by László Berta, CEO of Zalaco Zrt. and President of the HEA’s Zala County Organisation.
