Domestically produced new and old delicacies on the table of the Hungarian cuisine – this is the title of a professional roundtable discussion organised by the Agricultural and Food Industry Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) on Tuesday, 28 January 2025, from 11 am at the HEA’s new community room, on the 4th floor of the B Building of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of ELTE (1053 Budapest, Kecskeméti u. 10-12.).
At the event, farmers Donát Balog (ostrich), Levente Iványi (pigeon, fattened duck) and Endre Harcz (kiwi, blueberry, fig, date plum, etc.) will discuss their experiences on how to expand our eating habits and what factors influence the market for partly old and partly new home-produced speciality foods in Hungary. The moderator of the event will be Attila Zöldréti, President of the Agriculture and Food Section of the HEA.
Due to the capacity of the room, personal participation is subject to prior registration. We kindly ask all interested parties to register their participation as soon as possible at mkt@mkt.hu.
