Renewed Trust: ESG, Regulation, and Opportunities. Under this title, the Hungarian Development Bank (MFB) is organizing a joint conference on the current state and impacts of ESG regulations, in collaboration with the Sustainability and Finance Sections of the Hungarian Economic Association, on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the MFB Headquarters (1051 Budapest, Nádor u. 31.).
With this conference, the organizers aim to provide guidance on what expectations the Hungarian National Bank, as the supervisory authority of financial enterprises, has; how ESG expectations align with the government’s economic strategy; and what challenges and best practices can be highlighted in this context.
