The role of the creative sector in the Hungarian economy – under this title, the Innovation Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) and the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) are organizing a joint conference on Thursday, 22 January 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m. in the HEA community space, located on the 4th floor of Building B of the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) (1053 Budapest, Kecskeméti utca 10–12). Speakers at the conference: Magdolna Csath, university professor, Vice President of the Innovation Section of HEA; Attila Simon, CEO of Herendi Porcelain Manufactory Ltd., President of the Veszprém County Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vice President of the HCCI; Lőrinc Csernyus, Ybl Prize–winning architect, full member of the Hungarian Academy of Arts; Anna Rita Szöllősi, award-winning industrial artist, Executive President of the Rearticon Association of Industrial Artists; and Attila J. Kovács, master shoemaker.
