Sustainable Financing in Public Debt Management — under this title, Bence Lukács, Head of the Sustainable Finance Department at Államadósság Kezelő Központ Zrt. (ÁKK), will deliver a lecture at the invitation of the youth organization of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) operating at the Budapest University of Economics and Business. The event will take place on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the UniZone hall of the university (1148 Budapest, Bagolyvár u. 6–10.) and will also be streamed on the HEA’s YouTube channel.
The lecture will cover sustainable financing instruments (such as green, social, sustainability-linked, transition, and blue bonds), ÁKK’s ESG activities, the Green Bond Framework Programme, and Hungary’s ESG profile.
