The Labour Affairs Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) is organizing an online professional conference entitled “Psychological Safety in the Workplace” on Thursday, October 8, 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m. The event will be held via Webex and streamed on the HEA YouTube channel.
The speakers will be Edit Kajtár, Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resources of the University of Public Service (NKE); Adrienn Magasvári, Associate Professor at NKR; Noémi Baráth, Assistant Lecturer at NKT; and Nikolett Grosz-Wilhelm, PhD student at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). The discussion will be moderated by Gabriella Csóka, Senior Lecturer at the University of Public Service.
