Corporate culture – in practical terms. This is the title of a lecture by Dénes Zombori, HR Manager of the software company Shoprenter, at the invitation of the Debrecen Youth Organization of the Hungarian Economic Association on Wednesday, 30 November 2022, from 17:00 at the University of Debrecen, Faculty of Economics (4032 Debrecen, Böszörményi út 138), TVK 10 hall.
Based on his 10 years of experience in the industry, the speaker will show what corporate culture means through the example of a Debrecen based tech SME. He will show how employer brand and culture are intertwined, who we have to comply with and what the dangers of over-tolerance can be.
