The Future of Skills Development – this is the title of a professional conference organised by the recently established Higher Education and Training Section of the Hungarian Economic Association on Wednesday, 26 March 2025, from 10:00 am at the OTP M12 Office Building (1131 Budapest, Madarász Viktor u. 12.).
Speakers are: Imre Bertalan, Managing Director of the Human Resources Management Department of OTP Bank, member of the Board of the Higher Education and Training Section of the HEA (Trends and the changing world, changing strategic focus, challenges, the role of skills, the transformation of the skills strategy); Dóra Ferenczy, Head of Talent Acquisition and Career Management Department of OTP Bank Nyrt. (Talent Inclusion, Corporate and University Cooperation in Youth Development, Core Skills, Internship Programme); and Annamária Zentai, Head of the HR Expertise Centre of the OTP Bank Nyrt. (Organisational Capability Development, Academy Framework, Risk and Pulze programmes). Moderators of the event are Péter Szatmári, Deputy Rector at Milton Friedman University, President of the Higher Education and Training Section of the HEA and Imre Bertalan, Managing Director of the Human Resources Management Department of OTP Bank, member of the Board of the Higher Education and Training Section of the HEA.
