This year, the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA) and the Fiscal Council (FC) once again held their joint conference. The event took place on Monday, October 27, in the Lamfalussy Conference Hall of the Hungarian National Bank (MNB). The morning session began with a panel discussion featuring the chairpersons of the fiscal councils of Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Slovakia. This was followed by presentations from the heads and senior experts of Hungary’s leading analytical institutions, who showcased their forecasts on the fiscal processes prepared for the Fiscal Council.
