Who Benefits from Protected Fuel Prices? Under this title, the Environmental Economics Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA), jointly with the Clean Air Action Group, is organizing a roundtable discussion on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, from 10:00 a.m. The event will take place at the HEA Community Space (ELTE Faculty of Law, Building B, 4th floor, Room 403; H-1053 Budapest, Kecskeméti Street 10–12) and will also be streamed live on the HEA YouTube channel at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hezxiPlIg9g.
The panel participants are Zombor Berezvai, Associate Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest; András Lukács, President of the Clean Air Action Group; and László Miklós, former Director for Corporate Relations at the MOL Group. The discussion will be moderated by Mihály Dombi, Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Sustainability, Faculty of International Management and Business, Budapest University of Economics and Business, and Board Member of the HEA Environmental Economics Section.
