The 3 day conference taking place on 25-27 April 2019 will focus on the current theoretical and practical issues of the Hungarian monetary and fiscal system from the aspect of adaptability to the changing economic conditions. Discussions will take place in 10 sections, including 70 speakers and 54 presentations and panel discussions. The plenary speakers of the conference will include Gyula Pleschinger, member of the Monetary Council of MNB, President of the HEA and Árpád Kovács, Chairman of the Fiscal Council of Hungary, lifetime Honorary President of the HEA.
Two sections dedicated to theoretical issues will present the latest results of domestic financial research involving the attending universities and research centres, and the representatives and researchers of MOKLASZ (Association of Hungarian Certified Tax Experts). A section addressing the complex issue of real estates will focus on the relevant legal, accounting, taxation, financing, insurance and tax planning aspects. On the third day a dedicated section will discuss the practical experiences of real estate investments in the framework of a roundtable session in relation to an implemented project. The conference will include a separate section on tax changes taking place in 2019 (Act on the Rules of Taxation, Act on Personal Income Tax), granting credit points as well.
The conference participation fee will be HUF 23,600 + VAT, but for members of the Hungarian Economic Association attendance will be free!
