The English language International Green Finance Conference organized by the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will be held on Friday, 15 November 2019, from 9 a.m at the Mariott Hotel in Budapest (1052 Budapest, Apáczai Csere János u. 4.). The conference will be implemented in the framework of the Central Banks and Supervisors Network for Greening the Financial System, including the MNB among its members.
The presentations and panel discussions including renowned international and national experts will address the dilemmas of financial risk management in relation to climate change and other environmental issues, as well as the potential for green lending and novel investment opportunities in the interest of environmental sustainability.

Participation in the conference will be free, strictly subject to prior registration. Anyone interested in the event should send an email via the address green-finance.conference@mnb.hu by 5 November 2019. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to capacity of the venue.
