Labour shortages and repatriation – this is the title of a conference organised by the Labour Section of the Hungarian Economic Association on Thursday 16 May 2024, from 14:00 on Webex and on the HEA’s YouTube channel.
Barna Szabó, Chief Economist at the Egyensúly Intézet, will give the introductory presentation and will discuss the Institute’s recently presented policy proposal package. Invited speakers are Adrienn Bálint, Director for Employment and Social Affairs of the National Association of Hungarian Industrialists and Tamás Székely, President of the Hungarian Chemical, Energy and Allied Workers’ Union. Moderator: Márton Czirfusz, co-founder of the Periphery Public Policy and Research Centre and member of the Board of the MKT Labour Section.
