“The Operation of Arbitration in Sport” is the title of a lecture to be delivered by György Nébald, Olympic champion fencer and President of the Sports Arbitration Court, upon invitation of the Sports Economics Section of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA), the Institute of Sports Economics and Management of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Debrecen, and the István Nyirkos College for Advanced Studies. The event will take place on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the University of Debrecen, Böszörményi Road Campus (Debrecen, Böszörményi út 138), in Lecture Hall E101 of the Tessedik Building.
Invited commentators: Veronika Fenyves, university professor and Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Debrecen, and Éva Bácsné Bába, Vice Dean and university professor, Director of the Institute of Sports Economics and Management of the faculty, and a board member of the Hajdú-Bihar County Organization of the HEA. The moderator of the event will be Attila Borbély, university professor and President of the Sports Economics Section of the HEA.
